| The outline for the medium and long term development of Chinese football points out that young people are an important force in the development of Chinese football.We should improve the football training system,increase the number of young people participating in football and improve the quality of football training,so as to promote the development of youth football.After the change of modern football,the basic technical and tactical level is no longer the only standard to determine the victory of the team,and a good physical level is also the key to the victory of the game.The high level of youth sports activities will contribute to the research of football technology and its later more effective development.According to the youth physical development law,while paying attention to the development of teenagers’ physical quality,we must pay attention to the training of sensitive quality at this stage.Therefore,the application of scientific training methods can effectively promote the improvement of teenagers’ football players’ ability level.As a new concept of physical training,functional training has been introduced.At the same time,it has also been used in sports and mass sports gymnastics.Functional training pays attention to the combined training method of instability,multidimensional and body plane,so as to promote athletes’ movement and reduce sports injuries.This thesis starts with functional training method,functional action inspection and physical examination of junior middle school football players,so as to design functional training and integrate it into football daily special physical skills,To explore the impact of functional training on the sensitive quality of junior middle school football players,so as to provide some theoretical basis and practical experience for football class and school class.This study adopts the methods of bibliography,interview and experiment D.In this study,40 high school football players in Shihezi City were divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 people in each group(10 boys and 10 girls).The investigation before the experiment showed that there was no significant difference in age,height,weight,functional behavior and four sensitive indexes.The experimental group and the control group carried out 14 weeks of experimental activities at the same time,followed by two groups and two groups respectively using t-test and individual samples of t-test to study the impact of functional training on the football sensitivity of junior middle school students.The conclusions are as follows:1.After the experiment compared with the control group,the functional movement examination results of the control group were more obvious.It shows that functional training can improve people’s energy chain and prevent injury caused by exercise.2.After the experiment,the four sensitive qualities of the experimental group were more significantly improved than those of the control group.This shows that the functional training programs adopted by the Institute,such as nervous system response training,visual response training,password response training,snake sling,5v5 circle transfer,etc,It can promote the improvement of junior middle school students’ response sensitivity and ball fusion.3.After the experiment,there were differences in four quality sensitivity tests between the laboratory group and the control group,but the four quality sensitivity tests in the laboratory group were significantly higher than those in the control group,indicating that It is considered that functional teaching methods play an important role in improving the sensitivity of junior middle school football.This shows that traditional teaching methods can also improve junior middle school students’ sensitivity to football. |
