In recent years,bullying on campus gradually presents the trend of younger age,and there are many bullying behaviors in primary schools,which seriously harm the healthy development of primary school students.The primary school stage is an important period for the development of human life,which lays the foundation for human life.Therefore,the management of bullying in primary schools is very important.The study on the countermeasures of bullying in primary schools is not only beneficial to enrich the theory of bullying in our country,but also to provide reasonable suggestions for the management of bullying in primary schools.Proper management of bullying in primary schools is not only helpful to help bullies correct their mistakes and reduce the negative impact of bullying on victims,but also helps to improve the effectiveness of bullying.Bystanders play a certain warning role,thus promoting the healthy development of pupils’ body and mind.The present situation of bullying treatment in three primary schools in A District of Yantai City was investigated by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.First of all,through the inquiry of domestic and foreign documents on campus bullying,we can understand the countermeasures of primary school bullying in our country at the present stage.Secondly,through the preparation of questionnaires,understand the current situation of bullying management on campus.The questionnaire can be divided into student,parent,teacher.Finally,through writing a reasonable interview outline,select the staff of the Bureau of Education,school administrators,teachers,parents,community workers,the staff of the Department of Public Inspection and Law for in-depth interviews.This is conducive to a better understanding of the current state of governance,from the And for the treatment of bullying to put forward reasonable recommendations.Three problems were found after analysis.First,the school,family,community,public prosecution law department anti-bullying awareness is weak;second,the school cooperation main body is single;third,the school governance effect is not ideal.In view of these problems,this paper explores from the perspective of multiple prevention and control.The causes of these problems are analyzed from the aspects of legal policy,school,family,community,public prosecutor’s law department and so on,so as to lay the foundation for solving these problems.In order to solve the existing problems of bullying in primary school campus,we should strengthen the top level design,perfect the legal basis of multiple prevention and control system,strengthen the construction of multiple prevention and control system centered on school,explore the multi-element prevention and control of family-school co-education.To explore the multi-element control and control channel of the cooperation between the school and the community,and to explore the path of the multi-element prevention and control of the school and other social subjects.Through the use of these governance measures,the school is the center,and other social subjects are in cooperation with the school,so as to establish a multi-element prevention and control system for the treatment of bullying,so that the bullying is managed reasonably.
