Psychological, educational and social problems caused by school bullying,Which has seriously disturbed the families, schools and society of young people, the bystanders play an important role in bullying,The behavior can determine whether school bullying can be stopped in time,At present,we mainly discuss the influencing factors of bystander behavior in school bullying from the self-determination theory. The motivation of bystanders is one of the important roles of behavior. It is important to include the motivation factors into the research on the influence of school bullying, which can help to intervene and prevent school bullying, alleviate the negative effects of school bullying and promote the psychological development of teenagers.Study I is divided into two sub-studies,namely Study 1a and Study 1b,which use questionnaire survey and experimental method to explore the mediating role of basic psychological needs in bystander autonomous motivation and bystander behavior.Study 1a takes junior high school students as the research object, and 288 valid samples are collected through questionnaire survey. The results showed that :(1)Bystander autonomous motivation in school bullying was positively correlated with active bystander behavior, and negatively correlated with passive bystander behavior.(2)Basic psychological needs played a partial mediating role between the bystander motivation and passive bystander behavior in school bullying.Based on 1a study is to investigate the related research and also cannot prove that the essence of causal relationship between variables, therefore, the study 1b experimental method is used to further verify the bystander autonomous motivation and onlookers behavior and the influence of basic psychology should satisfy the intermediary role, study 1b 211 teenagers as the research object, through the experiment method of manipulating bullying bystanders autonomous motivation(vs.control motivation)he results showed that Bystander Autonomous Motivation significantly positively predicted adolescent Bystander Positive Behavior, and Bystander Autonomous Motivation played a mediating role in the prediction of Bystander Autonomous Motivation on Bystander Positive Behavior. Thus cannot effectively improve the positive behavior of bystanders.Based on the conclusion of study 1 and the existing related theories, study 2introduced the variable of moral disengagement on the basis of study 2 to verify the moderated mediating effect. In this study,a sample of 1041 young students was collected by questionnaire, and the internal mechanism of Bystander Autonomous Motivation on Bystander Behavior was explored. The results show that basic psychological needs play a mediating role in the influence of bystander autonomous motivation on bystander behavior, and moral disengagement moderates the relationship between basic psychological needs and bystander behavior. In other words, the autonomous motivation of the low moral disclaimer is affected by the basic psychological needs to some extent,so as to reduce its passive bystander behavior. In order to alleviate the current situation of school bullying more effectively, educators should adopt the way of encouragement when passing on the concept of helping others and cultivating the behavior habit of helping others,so that teenagers can spontaneously express helping behaviors and gain positive experience from them.In addition, teachers also should constantly autonomy support, for example, let teenagers to help victims of bullying can bring happiness to oneself, and realize the behavior is self-determined,Such an approach can effectively improve the satisfaction of autonomy, relationship and sense of competence, and then help teenagers gradually identify with their own efforts in reducing bullying and the positive significance to themselves, others and the society.
