| In the context of the construction of Child-Friendly Cities,the concept of "Child-Friendly" runs through the urban planning and construction of most developed areas.In the Convention on the Rights of the Child,the United Nations emphasized the right of children to participate in all matters of their own interests.To ensure that children are protected,respected,and have rights in the community,child participation,as an important principle,participates in the creation of a Child-Friendly Community.As the main field of children’s daily life,the community is an important basic unit to create and implement the concept of child-friendliness.This article summarizes the relevant theoretical and practical research on Community Building and Child-Friendly Communities at home and abroad,and through the interpretation of the concepts related to child-friendliness,child participation and child rights,as well as the research and collation of the relevant theories of Empowerment,Community Building,and Child-Friendly Cities,it is believed that because children’s cognition,behavior,and language have not yet reached the adult level,children’s participation in Community Building is also difficult in practice.According to the particularity of the practice of children’s participation in Community Building,it is proposed to use fun activities as a specific path for children to participate in the building of a friendly community,to affirm the subjective role of children’s participation in the building of a friendly community through the process of multi-activity.This article takes the Child-Friendly Community construction guide as the theoretical basis for children’s participation in community-friendly construction,and summarizes the practical ways for children to participate in community construction from four aspects: policy-friendly,space-friendly,service-friendly and cultural-friendly.The intervention effect analysis of social workers’ intervention in "Child-Friendly Community building" is carried out from the three aspects of goal achievement,participant analysis and participant satisfaction.Through practice,it is found that the Social Work method combining group work and community work in Social Work has a significant effect in building a Child-Friendly Community.This article hopes to take N community as an example,which can be extended to other communities’ research on the involvement of Social Work in the construction of Child-Friendly Communities,and promote the development of Child-Friendly Community construction. |
