Research On Social Work Participating In The Construction Of Children Friendly Community

The socialization of children not only affects one's life,but also affects the development of the whole society.In recent years,with the family and society's attention to the growth and development of young children,children's social welfare has entered the public vision and the government's decision-making.In order to make children's physical and mental health get better development,the professional needs of children's social welfare are highlighted,"child friendly" community is gradually emerging.With the increasing needs of community children's welfare,the original community basic unit organizations and social organizations have been unable to meet the needs of community residents.Therefore,there is an urgent need for specialized social organizations,which can provide children with social welfare to meet their needs.In this study,social workers are regarded as professional social organizations to realize children's social welfare needs through social workers.The specific measures are to build a "child friendly community" around the theme of social work participation,combined with the practice of W community children's service station in Hefei,through specific internship experience,using the theory and methods of social work for research.The introduction part of this paper introduces the research background,reason and significance of this topic,and combs the research results of "child friendly" community exploration in recent years,on this basis,using the methods of social work and related theories for research.The second chapter defines the concept of "child friendly community",introduces the population and children's situation of W community in Hefei,and expounds the social support theory and professional methods of social work.The third chapter first discusses the premise and basic reasons of W community in Hefei to explore the construction of children friendly community,and introduces the concrete practical activities of W community in Hefei to participate in the construction of "Children Friendly Community".On this basis,the fourth chapter analyzes the shortcomings and reasons of W community in the construction process according to the specific reality of "Children Friendly Community" in Hefei.Finally,according to the experience of the construction of "child friendly community" in W community of Hefei,from the perspective of social work theory and professionalmethods,some universal suggestions are put forward for the construction of "child friendly community" in China.In a word,the construction of "child friendly community" needs to provide diversified service types,professional social workers,special social capital,and the high attention of the community to provide the community environment for the construction of "child friendly community".All of these need to work from the perspective of government,society,community and family.Only in this way can we build a good "child friendly" community and promote its further development in China.
