Research On The Influence Of Taekwondo Training On Children’s Sports Ability

Taekwondo is not only a competitive sport,but also has a good value of physical fitness and self-cultivation.However,from the current theoretical and practical analysis,children’s Taekwondo is not common.This paper hopes to provide theoretical basis for children’s Taekwondo training,enrich the process and methods of children’s Taekwondo training,and build a platform for children to improve their physical quality by studying the influence of Taekwondo training on children’s sports ability.First of all,through combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,the research results of Taekwondo and children’s sports ability are understood,and the evaluation standards and evaluation items of children’s sports ability are formulated.Through the experimental research method to compare the changes of sports ability before and after Taekwondo training,through the analysis of children’s sports ability,understand the influence of Taekwondo training on children’s sports ability.The conclusions are as follows:1.After Taekwondo training,the test group’s body side performance has been improved to varying degrees.It shows that Taekwondo can improve children’s sports ability.2.After the test,we gathered all the children who took part in the test and taught them a new set of rhythmic exercises.It was found that the experimental group received faster,indicating that the exercise ability was improved.3.During the experiment,with the growth of young children,the motor ability of the control group will be gradually improved.But the improvement was not as obvious as that of the children in the experimental group.Therefore,taekwondo can really improve the physical fitness of children.
