The rules of society are norms and standards that must be abade by the socioties.Infant stage is the foundation stage of life,in this stage,children gradually initiation ofthe rule consciousness and began forming rules of conduct.Children at the stage of3-4,are at an important stange that their social and personality begin to form.Training forchildren’s awareness of rules and rules of behanvior are a very importantsignificance for their development of their whole life.There are a large number ofviolation behaviors in children’s daily activities.In-depth studies on the phenomenonof children’s violation behaviors can help teachers understand children and thenimprove their educational behavior.This study selected the Chang Chun D kindergarten of1723-4years old childrenas subjects. Using the method of observation, interviews and so on. through theobserving of children’s behavior in life activities, regional activities, teachingactivities and outdoor games, collected a total of108cases of children’s violationbehavior. Through the analysis of the children’s violation behavior,summarise themain characteristics of children’s violations are widly exist in children’s dailyactivities,and children’s violation behaviors are limitated and repeated obvious.Thefactors that influent the children appeared to violation behavior mainly includes:Thedevelopment of children’s psychology,the formulation of the active rules,the contentand form of activities,and the authority and feedback of teachers.Through the analysis on children’s violation behavior and the factors that influentthe children appeared to violation behavior. In addition,education should adopt thefollowing strategies: Establish a correct concept of rule education;Make a scientificand reasonable rules on children’s activities;Help children understand the meaning ofrules;Use the mean of encourage to teach children;Make a full use of modals to lead away for children;Choose the appropriate content and form of activities for children.
