Purpose: Excavate the health care value of Wuxing Tongbei Boxing,to verify the rehabilitation and health care function of traditional martial arts, and to try to formulate a scientific prescription for preventive health care martial arts.To solve the practical problem of shoulder discomfort of desk workers. Methods: The rehabilitation effect of the "You Dai" action of the Wuxing Tongbei Boxing was theoretically constructed by the methods of literature and expert consultation, and the prescription of preventive health-care exercise was formulated. The 60 desk workers in the office building of Jilin Unicom Corporation were divided into experimental group and control group, and were studied by questionnaire, experiment, measurement and mathematical statistics. The subjects received different exercise interventions,"You Dai" motion training and common shoulder rehabilitation training, and data were collected before and after the intervention using measurement and evaluation scale.the data included shoulder pain, shoulder motion, shoulder muscle strength, daily activity ability, shoulder shape, and shoulder flexibility.During the experiment, the subjective feelings of the subjects after exercise were measured twice, including positive happiness, psychological annoyance and fatigue.Using independent sample T test and paired sample T test, the two groups of data were compared and analyzed, and the results and conclusions were obtained. Results :1.The P values of shoulder pain were less than 0.05,that is,there was significant difference in shoulder pain between the two groups before and after the experiment, and there was no significant difference in shoulder pain score between the two groups. The P values of shoulder flexion, abduction and rotation were less than 0.01 2.the experimental group, and the P values of posterior extension and internal rotation were more than 0.05.The P values in the experimental group of 3.shoulder muscle strength were all greater than 0.05,that is,there was no significant difference in shoulder muscle strength between the patients.4.The intra-group P value of shoulder flexibility was 0.00,that is,before and after the experiment, exercise intervention had a significant positive effect on shoulder flexibility improvement, and the P value between the two groups was reduced to 0.001,less than 0.01.It showed that there was a significant difference in shoulder flexibility between the experimental group and the control group. The P values of positive well-being,psychological distress and fatigue were less than 0.01 in three dimensions after 5.exercise,that is,there were significant differences in subjective experience after exercise in each stage of the experiment, and the P values between the two groups were less than 0.05 except the psychological distress dimension. Conclusion :1.The "You Dai" action of the Wuxing Tongbei Boxing can reduce the shoulder pain of the desk workers, but there is no significant difference in the rehabilitation effect compared with the general rehabilitation training method.2.The "You Dai" action of the Wuxing Tongbei Boxing can significantly improve the shoulder flexion, abduction, external rotation of the joint motion.3.The "You Dai" action of the Wuxing Tongbei Boxing on the shoulder muscle strength of desk workers has no obvious effect.4.The "You Dai" action of the Wuxing Tongbei Boxing is more effective than that of ordinary shoulder rehabilitation, which can improve the shoulder flexibility of desk workers.5.The emotional experience of the three dimensions of positive happiness, psychological annoyance and fatigue of the desk workers after the "You Dai" action of the Wuxing Tongbei Boxing exercise was significantly positively promoted.
