1 Objective:In this paper, two different rehabilitation training methods were used to treat patients after frozen shoulder arthroscopic release: including routine functional training, and routine functional training combined with scapula mobilization training. To observe the clinical rehabilitation effect of two rehabilitation training methods for frozen shoulder patients.Compared and analyzed the clinical rehabilitation indexes of the frozen shoulder patients between the two groups. To investigate the mechanism of scapula mobilization training promoting postoperative recovery of frozen shoulder arthroscopic release, and to explore an effective treatment method for rehabilitation after frozen shoulder recovery.2 Methods:43 cases of frozen shoulder patients were randomly divided into control group(routine functional training)and experimental group(routine functional training and scapula mobilization training). The research was evaluated before and 12 weeks after treatment. The indicator included Sore index,Functional index and spiral CT scan.Statistical analysis was performed on the obtained data using SPSS 20.0,and plotting was performed using GraghPad Prism 6.0software.3 Results:(1)After treatment, the intervention effect of pain scores, muscle strength scores and daily life ability scores were compared, the experimental group were better than control group, and there were significant differences(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, the improvement of the range of motion were compared, the intervention effect of the experimental group were better than that of the control group, and there were significant differences(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, the bony structure results measured by CT scan in the two groups were compared. There was no statistical difference in Version angle of humeral head,Inclination angle of humeral head,Version angle of glenoid and other bony structures(P>0.05).There were significant differences in Inclination angle of glenoid,Head to acromion distance,Tuberosity to acromion distance,Acromion to coracoid distance between the two groups(P<0.05).The experimental group is better than the control group.4 Conclusion:(1)The two different rehabilitation training methods have improved the degree of pain, function and range of motion of the patients after frozen shoulder patients arthroscopic release, and they have obvious therapeutic effect.(2)Increased scapula mobilization training is more effective than routine functional training.(3)Scapular mobilization training can change the relative position of bony structure of shoulder joint, improve the range of motion of shoulder joint in patients with frozen shoulder arthroscopic release, and effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients with frozen shoulder.
