Research On The Influencing Factors Of Training Level Of Disabled Track And Field Athletes In Nanjing

Since the reform and opening up,China has been increasing the attention to the cause of disabled people,and has made great achievements after years of efforts.Disabled athletes are tenacious and unyielding,constantly surpassing themselves,and stand out repeatedly in international competitions,and add to the development of the country,and promote the sports cause of disabled people to a new height.Compared with the developed countries,the sports cause of disabled people in China started late,the foundation was relatively weak and the development was relatively backward.However,from the excellent achievements of Chinese disabled track and field athletes in 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games(77 medals,38 gold medals and 33 World Records innovation),we can see that although the development level of the cause is not high,it has been improving,shrinking and developing countries The gap between the family.Based on the background of the increasingly powerful national sports for disabled people,Nanjing is committed to the development of track and field sports for disabled people in recent years,and the level of vertical comparative development is increasing,but the horizontal comparison is still in the middle and lower level.Therefore,this paper,through understanding the status quo of training and training base of track and field athletes with disabilities in Nanjing,based on the existing literature and materials The research work is carried out by means of questionnaire survey and expert interview.It lays a good foundation for improving the training base of disabled people and improving the training level of athletes from the theoretical level.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The athletes’ influencing factors are: the athletes of disabled track and field in Nanjing mainly include first and second grade visual disability,cerebral palsy and mutilated athletes;and they show the appearance of low level of culture,large age,long training period and single way of participating in training.(2)The coaches have a medium degree and more full-time coaches,and have rich experience and level.The overall age of coaches is high,so it is worth paying attention to the supplement and training of the disabled track and field coaches.(3)The factors influencing daily training and the number of entries;the disabled track and field athletes lack systematic scientific monitoring of long-term training and clockwise sex;and due to the special group,the sports events held for disabled athletes are relatively small,which limits the improvement of the training level of track and field athletes of disabled people to some extent.(4)The factors influencing the research investment of disabled athletes;Nanjing has low investment in the field of track and field athletes with disabilities at present,and lacks the training environment specially designed for disabled athletes;meanwhile,the training funds are insufficient;the family environment;whether there is any fixed work or not,etc.are all factors that indirectly affect the training level of disabled track and field athletes.I We should pay full attention to it.In order to promote the steady development of sports for disabled people in Nanjing,this paper,from the establishment of scientific four-level mechanism of selection,training,training and competition of disabled track and field athletes,broadening the source of training funds,perfecting the organization of disabled people in Nanjing,establishing professional track and field teams for disabled people,ensuring the conditions of sports facilities,improving the training level and benefits of the disabled track and field athletes in Nanjing The author puts forward corresponding suggestions on the implementation of the relevant incentive and guarantee policies for disabled sports,increasing the investment in scientific research,ensuring the work and living progress of disabled athletes.
