| Purpose: Youth track and field training should implement a good foundation,comprehensive development,technical excellence,and lay a good foundation for my country’s track and field sports to climb to the peak of the world level.For young athletes,physical training is mainly to maximize the potential of sports and enable them to achieve good results in future competitions.In this study,through field visits to the primary schools in Yaodu District of Linfen City,the investigation and analysis of the development status of the school’s track and field projects,the use of questionnaires and interviews to investigate and understand the physical education teachers and managers in these schools,found that the primary schools in Yaodu District There are some problems in track and field physical fitness training and the main influencing factors that produce these problems.Taking the importance of physical training in elementary school track and field events as an entry point,from the perspective of sustainable development,Linfen City Yaodu District Primary School Track and Field Physical Fitness Training Carry out a detailed study,hoping that the study of the article can provide beneficial thinking for physical training of track and field sports in Yaodu District of Linfen City.Method: This article takes the physical training of track and field events in elementary schools in Yaodu District of Linfen as the research object.Through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,field observation method,mathematical statistics method,the current situation of physical training of track and field events in Yaodu District,Linfen City is analyzed and studied.Result:1.The study found that the arrangement of primary and secondary track and field training in Yaodu District during the training period,the duration of weekly training,and the duration of each training are unreasonable.The proportion of training time is 23.34%,and the weekly frequency is mostly 2 or less times a week,accounting for 70.83%,and more than two times account for only 29.17%.The overall training time is shorter,65.98% within 60 minutes.2.The survey results show that the track and field training items and content selection of primary schools in Yaodu District are basically reasonable,but the proportion of the venue equipment and the lack of competition will cause a certain degree of extremes.The implementation of the training plan is not ideal,and only19.17% can fully execute the training plan.The content and methods of track and field physical training in elementary schools in Yaodu District are basically scientific and reasonable,but there are big problems in the construction of the training recovery system.Most of the coaches’ recovery system is based on experience,not through systematic training.Learning and scientific testing.The proportion of teachers in this part is66.17%.3.The survey results show that more than half of the school leaders value the track and field team with or without attention,accounting for 52.5% of the total.Only 8.96%of the coaches said that the school leaders’ expectations of the track and field team are to train and discover sports talents.Overall,the survey results show that the support rate of parents and teachers for student athletes’ track and field training is not high.Only54.17% and 29.43% of the coaches said that parents and teachers in the course held a very supportive attitude towards athletes’ track and field training.4.Of the school funding,31.67% still believe that the current funding cannot guarantee training;in addition,the venue and equipment can fully meet the requirements of track and field training,accounting for only 10%.In conclusion:(1)The arrangement of primary and middle school track and field trainingduring the training period,the weekly training time,and the duration of eachtraining are unreasonable.Nearly half of track and field training is arranged inphysical education.Only about one-third of them choose to do track and fieldtraining in their spare time.In addition,the data shows that the weekly frequency oftrack and field training for primary schools in Yaodu District is generally low.(2)The selection of the items and content of track and field training inelementary schools is basically reasonable;however,the development of thetraining plan is affected by competition and weather factors.The cycle of thegeneral training plan is relatively short,and the implementation of the training planis not ideal.(3)The body shape training accounted for a relatively small amount of the physical fitness training in elementary schools,accounting for 22.37%.However,as the age of young children grows,coaches should arrange body shape training during the training process.The content and methods of physical training in primary schools are basically scientific and reasonable,but there are big problems in the construction of the training recovery system.Most of the coaches’ recovery system is based on experience,not through systematic training and learning and science.Inspection.(4)Teacher resources,school training equipment,school leaders,and parental attitudes all affect track and field physical fitness training,which needs to be ensured in this regard. |
