Research On The Role Of Ideological And Political Education In Crisis Management Of University Students

With the rapid development of various undertakings in our country,the social environment has undergone complex and profound changes and then the deficiencies of the university education system in the process of reform and development are inevitable,leading to the occurrence of the university student crisis,which has a negative impact on the development of students.Ideological and political education is the lifeline of our country’s various work,which plays a guiding,regulating,stabilizing,and soothing role in university students’ crisis management.University students are cultivated by universities,which are the builders of China’s future social development.Therefore,how to maximize the role of ideological and political education in university students’ crisis management is considerably significant.At present,there are few research in the field of ideological and political education combined with university students’ crisis management.To do a better responsibility of cultivate the generation of the new age,it is a significant task for universities to apply ideological and political education to enhance crisis management of students’ ability.In recent years,there are still weak phenomena in college students’ crisis management: insufficient understanding of college students’ crisis events,lack of long-term planning,Separation of knowledge and action,lack of effective communication,neglect of mental health education,lack of post-summary and so on.The main reasons for the above problems are the weak consciousness of crisis,the faultiness of ideological and political education work mechanism and the lack of work content.In view of the existing problems and reasons,this research puts forward some constructive countermeasures from the perspective of ideological and political education in the early warning stage,the processing stage,and the aftermath stage of university students’ crisis management.Tracking the ideological trend and improving the prevention ability;rich educational content and establishing crisis consciousness;strengthen scientific guidance and establishing warning mechanism in the early warning stage.Doing psychological counseling and guiding students to combine knowledge and action;adhering to information disclosure and guiding the direction of public opinion;carrying out ideological mobilization through publicity and education in the processing stage.Properly pacify people and stabilize students’ emotions;Integrating multiple resources and restoring normal order;Summing up experience and lessons and improving the aftermath mechanism in the aftermath stage.
