Purpose:By studying the intensity response of adult women practicing different rhythms and different arrangements of aerobics,and the influence of different frequency of aerobics intervention on the physical fitness of adult women,the aim is to explore the scientific method of aerobics exercise and the fitness effect of 8-week intervention on adult women.,To provide a basis for the scientific exercise of Chinese people.Method:Recruit 40-59-year-old adult females and volunteer to participate in the research.The 41 subjects were divided into two exercise groups and a control group.The exercise group 1 was a high-frequency exercise group(HF group),and they performed aerobics exercises 5-6times a week,and the exercise group 2 was a low-frequency exercise group(LF group),perform aerobics exercises 2-3 times a week,the two exercise groups receive 8 weeks of training,and the control group does not perform any physical exercises.Test various indicators before and after the experiment.At the same time,the heart rate of the subjects was monitored and collected by the heart rate monitor,and the intensity response of each rhythmic fitness exercise was compared.Result:As the number of weeks goes on,the proportion of fast-paced tracks(8 eight beats/30s)has increased from 43.48% to 66.67%,and the number has increased from 10 per time to 16 per time.And starting from the second week,the proportion of moderate rhythm tracks(6eight beats/30s)has dropped from 50% to 29.17%,and the number has dropped from 12 per time to 7 per time.When jumping 4 octabeats/30 s tracks,56.69±2.43% of the subject’s maximum heart rate,when jumping 6 octabeats/30 s tracks,reaching60.32±3.68% of the subject’s maximum heart rate,jumping 8octabeats/30 s The repertoire reached 65.59±4.26% of the subject’s maximum heart rate.One-way analysis of variance showed that the exercise intensity was statistically different(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-intervention,there were significant differences in the decrease in body fat rate and selection response time in the exercise group(P<0.05),and significant differences in the decrease in waist circumference,R-baPWV,hip circumference,L-baPWV and bust circumference(P<0.05);1min kneeling and uplifting,forward bending increase has a significant difference(P<0.05);exercise group maximum oxygen uptake,standing on one foot with closed eyes,vital capacity,trunk stable push-ups and FMS total score improvement are very significant differences(P<0.01);the control group had very significant differences in forward flexion and trunk stable push-ups(P<0.01);Comparing the two exercise groups with different frequencies,the HF group has a significant decrease in body fat percentage,waist circumference,body fat mass,subcutaneous fat weight,selective reaction time,hip circumference,visceral fat weight,chest circumference,right baPWV and left baPWV.Difference(P<0.01);significant difference in waist-to-hip ratio decrease(P<0.05);significant difference in improvement of single foot standing with eyes closed,FMS total score,trunk stable push-up and 1 min kneeling-up support(P<0.05);There are very significant differences in maximal oxygen uptake,flexion and vital capacity(P<0.01);There was a significant difference in the increase of VO2 max in the LF group(P<0.01),while the decrease in the right baPWV,chest circumference,and left baPWV was significantly different(P<0.05);standing on one foot with closed eyes,vital capacity,and stable trunk push-ups,Kneeling-up support for 1min has a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Aerobics intervention more than 5 times a week has a significant effect on fat reduction and shaping of healthy adult women,and can effectively reduce the probability of sports injuries;2.2.Aerobics intervention more than 2 times a week has a positive effect on adult women’s cardiopulmonary function and cardiovascular function;3.Aerobics training of different frequencies can effectively improve the balance and strength of adult women,and the intervention of aerobics more than 5 times a week can also effectively improve agility and flexibility;4.The combination of 4 eight beats/30 s,6 eight beats/30 s and 8 eight beats is used as the basic unit of aerobics.By changing the number and proportion of different beats,the exercise intensity of the aerobics can be effectively changed.
