| Objective: By testing the isokinetic muscle strength of the main joints of upper and lower limbs of curling athletes,this paper explores the muscle strength characteristics of each joint of excellent curling athletes in China under different angular velocities,aiming at evaluating the absolute muscle strength,muscle explosive force,muscle endurance and joint stability of each joint of excellent curling athletes under different angular velocities during exercise,and providing theoretical guidance for sports training and prevention of sports injuries.Methods: The Isomed2000 isokinetic muscle strength test system in Germany was mainly used,and the isokinetic muscle strength characteristics of each joint were studied and analyzed by taking 4 excellent curling athletes as experimental objects by consulting literature,visiting survey experts and designing experimental schemes.Results: 1)The characteristics of absolute muscle strength of different joint muscles of elite curling athletes are: angular velocity is inversely proportional to absolute muscle strength;The muscle strength of adductor muscle group on the left side of upper limb shoulder joint is significantly larger than that on the right side,but there is no significant difference in abductor muscle group,and the adductor muscle group on the same side is significantly larger than that on abduction muscle group.Elbow joint,wrist joint and knee joint show similar muscle strength characteristics,that is,the muscle strength of ipsilateral extensor muscle group is significantly greater than that of anterior flexor muscle group,and the muscle strength of left side is greater than that of right side;2)The muscle endurance characteristics of different joints of excellent curling athletes are:muscles of different joints. |
