| Multi-direction movement training has become the focus of physical education courses in recent years.In the multi-direction movement training method,teachers pay attention to the development of students’ special movement speed and agility,so that students can cope with the random events on the court and better learn the basic skills to get a better performance in the future.At the same time,this method is interesting and gradually enhances students’ sense of active participation,and makes every effort to make learners solve the current dull and negative teaching atmosphere of college basketball defense through multi-direction moving training method.Base on,this research will be used more direction training college basketball defensive teaching,and select guangdong south China normal university sports education professional basketball special class of 30 students before the experiment the relevant test indexes was no significant difference as experimental object,and using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,data analysis,etc.,to the independent variable control under the condition of the experimental group and control group for the basketball class time for eight weeks teaching experiment.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the performance of the basketball defense movement speed and agility of the students in the basketball special course:1.Apply the multi-directional movement training method to the teaching of basketball defensive skills in ordinary colleges and universities.It is in line with the physical and mental characteristics of college students.It has passed the "T" run,Illinois agility test,hexagonal movement,restricted zone sliding and Nebraska agility Tests and other forms and Sliding test in restricted area,the results show that the experimental group is better than the control group in terms of teaching effects,but the improvement in the 3/4 basketball court sprint run and the performance are slightly higher and the multi-directional movement training shows that the training method is still very high.The feasibility.2.In the course of basketball defensive skills in colleges and universities,the method of multi-direction moving training can improve the students’ defensive skills moving speed and agility in a short time.3.The multi-direction movement training method is in line with the movement complexity,variability,randomness and other characteristics of modern basketball,and its practice form is interesting to a certain extent,and the coordination and control level of the body of the players have been significantly improved after training.4.In basketball special defense teaching,the multi-direction moving training method can make students quickly mobilize scientific and appropriate footwork according to different defense situations,so as to improve the overall moving efficiency. |
