Objective: To improve athletes’ whipping technique in sanda by using multi-direction mobile training which integrates agility, footwork and speed through consulting relevant information and experts and coaches.Through a 16-week teaching experiment, the experimental group and the control group of male sanda athletes before and after the experiment to improve the level of whipping technology. Methods: In this study,24 male students from the 2019 sanda class of The Physical Education College of Zhengzhou University in Henan Province were selected as experimental subjects to study the effects of multi-direction mobile training intervention in sanda on the improvement of whip technique. They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=12)and control group(n=12).Before the experiment, homogeneity test was carried out on athletes’ age, height, weight, training years, maximum striking power of flagellates, and 20-second flagellates and balance ability.Experimental training for 16 weeks was carried out for the experimental group and the control group, which were all organized and led by the same professional teacher.According to the training plan, the 20-minute footwork training in the control group was traditional sanda footwork training, while the 20-minute footwork training in the experimental group was integrated into multi-direction movement training. The rest of the training content in the experimental group and the control group was carried out according to the school teaching plan.At the end of the 16 th week, the experimental group and the control group were tested for the relative strength of the whipping, the balance ability test, the continuous whipping test for 20 seconds and the whipping resistance ability test for 3 minutes. The results were analyzed by mathematical statistics.Results:(1)balance ability test results, the experimental group before and after the experiment left and right ellipse area(cn2)and left and right leg maximum swing amplitude(nn)increased significantly than the control group.(2)In the test of relative force of flagellate strike, the six flagellate movements of the experimental group and the control group were improved, and the growth rate of the six flagellate movements of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.(3)In the flagellate speed endurance test, both the experimental group and the control group have improved their flagellate ability in 20 seconds. In both cases, the growth rate is higher in 10 seconds after 20 seconds, but the growth rate in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group.(4)In the test of reaction ability of whipping, the experimental group won by 8 wins and 4 losses.Conclusion:(1)compared with traditional footwork training,multi-direction movement training can reduce the left and right ellipse area(cn2)and the maximum swing amplitude of left and right leg(nn)of sanda athletes, indicating that multi-direction movement training can improve the balance ability of athletes.(2)Compared with traditional footwork training,multi-direction mobile training can improve the hitting power of sanda athletes’ left and right low, middle and high kick, indicating that multi-direction mobile training has more advantages than traditional footwork training.(3)Compared with traditional footwork training,multi-direction mobile training can increase the number of flagellates in 20 seconds, indicating that multi-direction mobile training can improve the speed endurance of athletes’ flagellates.(4)Compared with traditional footwork training,multi-directional mobile training can improve athletes’ whipping response, indicating that multi-directional mobile training can use whipping technology more comprehensively in athletes’ actual combat.
