Research purposes:with the rapid development of our economic,people's living conditions have been greatly improved.In daily life,the quantity of animal protein and animal fat which people intake is increased,thus the phenomenon of nutrition excess happens.This phenomenon is not uncommon in the university campus,the material living conditions of the college students has also been greatly improved,and inadequate dietary and exercise habits of excess nutrients and other bad habits is widespread among the students,so the number of obese college students showed a trend of rapid growth.In this experiment,through the analysis of two kinds of movement forms,strength training combined with aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise,how to effect on body composition indicators,sebum thickness index,blood fat and blood sugar index,and finally comparative study the effects.Through exploring the advantages and disadvantages of the different movement forms,providing a scientific basis for weight loss,and then seek a more effective way to lose weight.Research methods:These obese male college volunteers from School of history and culture and law school of Henan University.They need to meet the basic condition that the age is between the age of 24-20 years old,having good health,having no strict focus,brain,kidney and other diseases,such as angina,myocardial infarction,diabetes and so on.All volunteers were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was of which the volunteers used strength training combined with aerobic exercise,and the control group was given a simple aerobic exercise.Each volunteer exercised three times a week,the next day to exercise,a total of 9 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the data of body composition index,sebum thickness index,blood fat and blood sugar index were statistically analyzed.In addition,the body composition index and sebum thickness index were measured once a week,and analyzed the dynamic change of the index.Research results:Firstly,the form of the strength of the experimental exercise combined with aerobic exercise make the obese male college students significantly reduce the amount of fat in the P<0.01,the amount of subcutaneous fat and visceral fat are significantly reduced by P<0.01.The percentage of system decreased significantly P<0.01.Waist to hip ratio decreased significantly P<0.05.Body weight,lean body mass,muscle mass decreased but there was no significant change.Secondly,the form of the strength of the experimental exercise combined with aerobic exercise make the obese male college students' abdomen,upper arm sebum,back fat thickness significantly lower in obese P<0.01.Third,the form of the strength of the experimental exercise combined with aerobic exercise make the obese male college students' CHOL and G T increased,but had no significant change.Their LDL decreased but no significant changes.Their HDL significantly reduced P<0.01.GLU was at a relatively stable level.Fourth,the form of Aerobic exercise makes the weight of obese male college students significantly reduced by P<0.01.The body fat mass was significantly reduced by P<0.01,and the subcutaneous fat was significantly reduced by P<0.01,and visceral fat was significantly reduced by P<0.01.BMI significantly reduced P<0.01.Waist to hip ratio significantly decreased P<0.01.Body fat percentage significantly decreased P<0.01.The lean body mass,muscle mass decreased,but no significant change.Fifth,the form of Aerobic exercise makes the weight of obese male college students' abdominal sebum thickness,upper arm sebum thickness and the thickness of the back of the skin very significantly reduced by P<0.01.Sixth,the form of Aerobic exercise makes the weight of obese male college students' CHOL and TG increased but having no significant change and the HDL and LDL decreased but having no significant change.Their GLU is at a relatively stable level.Research conclusion:Firstly,strength training combined with aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise can reduce body fat,reduce Waist-to-Hip Ratio,aerobic exercise can effectively reduce body weight.Secondly,exercise combined with aerobic exercise increases the amount of muscle in the body,and aerobic exercise reduces the amount of muscle mass.Third,strength training combined with aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise both can effectively reduce the thickness of the skin.Fourth,Strength training combined with aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise did not produce an effect on the fasting blood glucose,and the blood lipids did not reach the expected results,in addition to the exercise of low density lipoprotein reduction and other standard just contrary to expectation,that motion enable the total of cholesterol and triglyceride increasing and make the high density lipoprotein decreasing.
