As the main reserve force of the Chinese women’s volleyball team,the junior women’s volleyball team is an important cornerstone for the Chinese women’s volleyball team to remain a strong team in the world.And a good level of physical fitness can make up for the lack of technology and show higher competitive strength in the competition.Therefore,what kind of training method can be used to maximize the special physical fitness of young volleyball players is a question worth exploring.NTC training is based on the concept and principle of functional training,interspersed with rest and high and low intensity exercise in the process of intermittent physical training,which can comprehensively develop aerobic and anaerobic metabolic energy supply,in line with the energy supply demand characteristics of volleyball.Therefore,NTC training can well realize the needs of young volleyball players for the development of specific physical fitness.Research Objectives:This study combines the relevant theories of NTC training and the physical characteristics of volleyball to design a physical training program suitable for adolescent women’s volleyball team,conduct a 12-week training intervention for the members of the girls’ volleyball team of Nantong Middle School,and explore which training method is more effective for improving the physical fitness ability of volleyball than the traditional training method,and analyze the reasons for the different differences.This paper provides a theoretical basis for how NTC training can be specifically applied to volleyball special physical fitness training.Research Methods:This paper mainly uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method.Taking the impact of NTC training on the special physical fitness of young volleyball players as the research object,after reviewing the relevant literature,interviews and questionnaires were conducted with relevant experts to determine the special physical fitness indicators,training programs and test methods,and the experimental subjects were a total of 30 members of the Nantong Middle School girls’ volleyball team,which were divided into an experimental group with NTC training and a control group with traditional training method training,with a training period of 12 weeks.The test results were tested for data pairing samples before and after the experiment,and the independent samples were tested for the data between groups.Results:After 12 weeks of training intervention,the test results of special physical fitness indicators in the experimental group and the control group showed significant differences in the test results of solid ball throw,cross quadrant jump,30-meter run,36-meter movement,and 800-meter running(p<0.05).The scores of 7 special physical fitness test indicators in the experimental group were significantly improved(p<0.05),among which the results of half-"meter" movement,solid ball throw,cross quadrant jump,running height,30-meter running and 36-meter movement were significant(p<0.01).In the control group,the results of solid ball throw,30-meter running,36-meter movement,cross quadrant jump,and 800-meter test were significantly improved in the control group(p<0.05).In terms of change rate,except for the solid ball throw and 800-meter run,the growth rate of the test results of the other five special physical fitness indicators in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)All the test indicators in the experimental group showed significant differences,while some indicators in the control group did not show significant differences,indicating that NTC training had a more comprehensive impact on the special physical fitness of young volleyball players.(2)The improvement of volleyball-specific physical fitness indicators after NTC training intervention was more obvious than that of the control group,indicating that NTC training had more advantages in training in a short period of time.(3)Compared with traditional quality training,NTC training has a more obvious effect on the expression of special response movement quality,flexible coordination quality on the field and special bounce quality in volleyball,and the improvement of anaerobic functional strength is more significant,which is in line with the functional characteristics of volleyball.(4)Compared with NTC training,traditional quality training has more advantages in improving the special swing quality of young volleyball players and the quality of game durability.(5)Through 12 weeks of training intervention,all index test results were analyzed one by one,except for the 800-meter index covariance test,there was no significant difference,and the remaining six items had significant differences,and at the same time,it was reflected from the side that the interference factors in the latter part of the experiment had little impact on the results of the experiment.
