Research On Early Marriage Of Hani Women

The wave of urbanization and globalization has hit every corner of our country,and marriage and family have also been greatly affected.Hani is one of the minorities in Southwest China.Like other ethnic groups,Hani is in the tide of modernization,and its culture and customs are greatly impacted.The occurrence of early marriage is not only the continuation of traditional inertia,but also the performance of adaptation and integration of traditional marriage in response to the impact of modernization,especially for women.Taking D village in Honghe County of Yunnan Province as an example,this paper takes the local Hani women as the research object,and finds that their early marriage has the characteristics of early childbearing,child marriage and close relative marriage,and has the characteristics of universality,free love and arranged marriage.The occurrence of early marriage is influenced by historical,economic,cultural and personal factors.The occurrence of early marriage is influenced by historical,economic,cultural and personal factors.Early marriage not only affects Hani women’s own health,but also brings problems such as children’s upbringing and education,children’s settlement,marriage deviance and so on.In this paper,through the study of the practical problem of early marriage,combined with the professional theory and method of social work,from the perspective of social work,suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of early marriage,including increasing the publicity of laws and regulations,carrying out early marriage education and sex education,vigorously developing the economy in ethnic areas and advocating the appropriate adaptation of the marriage law in ethnic areas.
