Research On The Construction Of Civil Affairs Social Work Talent Team In Hohhot

It is of great significance to build a civil affairs social work professional talent team to strengthen and innovate social governance,promote the solution to the unbalanced development problems and meet the growing needs of people’s better life.This study is based on the data of the dynamic survey of social work in China to study the construction of civil affairs and social work talents in Hohhot.The results show that there are some problems in the level of specialization,training and continuing education,salary management system,coordination leadership mechanism and professional recognition.Through the practical capacity building,professional identification and professional ethics training of civil social workers in the micro level,the education and training system,guarantee incentive mechanism and unified and coordinated operation mechanism are improved at the medium level.It will help Hohhot city to strengthen the publicity,optimize the development environment and improve relevant laws and regulations on the macro level The development of civil affairs social work talents.
