| In the new era,the Party and the state place new hopes on the development of social work,and put forward higher development requirements,that is,the construction of township(street)social work station as the core content of the construction of social work talent team during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.At the same time,in order to give full play to the important role of the social work professional talent team in perfecting and enhancing the development of social work,improving the quality of people’s life,strengthening and innovating the grassroots social governance,many scholars have made remarkable research achievements in related fields,but they still pay insufficient attention to the construction of the talent team of the township(street)social work station.In order to make up the gap in this aspect,This paper is based on the village(street)social work station,pay attention to its talent team construction,explore its model and development path to better explore the experience and shortcomings of social work talent team construction.In this paper,through field investigation and interview,the principal,staff,backbone residents,volunteers and self-organizing person in charge of social work station in C street were interviewed and collected data,and the data were analyzed by content analysis method.The research puts forward that the core of talent team construction in the community is to enhance the sense of belonging,cohesion,moral consciousness and volunteerism of the training object,and the main purpose is to promote the participation of the training object in community governance.The main method is to encourage the training object to participate in community service projects,improve the individual ability in the project,and stimulate its motivation to participate in community governance.From a macro perspective,the study concludes their behavior as the "four-pool mode" of talent team construction of social work stations,that is,by organizing and mobilizing community social work professionals,community residents,community volunteers and community social organizations to participate in community services,which not only gives play to their advantages and promotes their own growth in the process of service participation,but also strengthens the strength of grassroots civil affairs service team.The study found that the "four warehouses mode" has positive aspects,while there are also some problems that need to be further improved.From the positive aspects,first,it improves the service system of social work stations;Second,it provides a platform for individuals and organizations willing to engage in social work service activities to give full play to their values and enrich the daily life of the community.Third,it alleviates to a large extent the contradiction between the community people’s demand for better and efficient services.From the existing dilemmas,one is the talent team construction training fund is still insufficient;Second,the training object personnel is unstable;Third,it is difficult to unify the time of collective training because of the difference of the objects involved in talent training.Based on the above problems,the author believes that the optimization of the training model can be carried out from the following aspects: first,the government should take the initiative to assist the work of the social work station to help improve the social cognition and recognition of the service workers;Second,increase funds for purchasing services;Third,social work stations and their staff should exert their autonomy and enhance their sense of self-identity.Fourth,the heterogeneity of the object should be fully considered in the process of talent training.The fifth is to absorb the community outstanding personnel when entering the station carefully screening,avoid the waste of people,property and time and energy;The sixth is to carry out more activities so that the talent pool can get sufficient practical experience;Finally,it is to strengthen the close connection of each library,so that it becomes a flexible organism,so that the service can be better provided. |
