| With the accelerated pace of developing the western region, and the construction of the international metropolis, Xi’an, on the one hand to solve existing social problems, on the other hand to set up a civilized and harmonious image of the city. Social work talent itself as a human resources can be adjusted and to win social resources for vulnerable groups, can reduce or eliminate the factors leading to social dysfunction, they can take measures to prevent the occurrence of social problems, can help people to help themselves and to develop the personal potential. It’s beneficial to resolve Xi’an social contradictions, to improve the happiness of the people, to build the harmonious city, and finally have stability society’s role.Xi’an, the team construction of professional social workers started later, but with the Fist Welfare Homes, the Child Welfare Homes, and a number of development pilot work has achieved certain results. Undeniable, there are still a series of questions in Xi’an social work talents construction. The author thinks that the social work students is a strong professional backup power for social work personnel build, they are "reservoir" of social work qualified personnel. So, the social work students in Xi’an school as the research object, to investigate their education, professionalism, employment intentions and so on, and to infer the problems faced by the Xi’an social work qualified personnel. And combination of the social work profession theory, other disciplines of knowledge and the experience of other countries or regions, the author will conduct professional thinking as the logical sequence of introduce talents, retain talent, incentive talents. Finally, the author attempts to outline a system diagram of the construction of professional social workers team, and to hope in the future development, the professional social workers, client, NGO, government department, and volunteer team can able to form a virtuous interaction. |
