Research On The Reasons For The Existence Of Civil Wushu Organizations

Under the general trend of the association’s substantiation,the folk wushu organization has encountered many problems in the reform process,so it is necessary to deeply analyze the folk wushu organization and explore the real existence rules of the folk wushu organization.This study uses literature data method,interview method,field survey method,and questionnaire survey method to collect information on Civil Wushu Organizations.It also uses grounded theory and mathematical statistics to conduct in-depth analysis of the data.According to the existence of Taiyuan City Xingyiquan Association,5 statistics are obtained.The core reasons:(1)The economic conditions of the members are the foundation for the association’s existence;(2)The martial arts spirit is the core driving force for the association’s existence;(3)The inheritance relationship and sense of responsibility of the Xingyiquan inheritors are important factors for the association’s existence;(4)A sound organizational division of labor has consolidated the existence of the association;(5)The steady-state environment constructed by the members’ joint efforts is the fundamental guarantee for the existence of the association.The following suggestions are put forward:(1)The administrative department should establish a dynamic incentive mechanism,stimulate the vitality of folk martial arts organizations,promote the physicalization of local martial arts associations,guide folk martial arts organizations to gradually enhance their social functions,and build more development platforms for folk martial arts organizations through field investigation and based on the internal reasons for the existence of folk martial arts organizations.(2)the folk Wushu association must first solve the problem of funds,can provide training services,paid martial performance such as way to increase income,strive for more social resources,attracting talent into the martial arts industry,but should always be in the process of reform in public welfare as the core,to avoid excessive commercialization,do not forget to beginner’s mind,the party must always.(3)We should fully mobilize and give play to the spirit of martial arts,and guide the members of the association to make greater efforts for the development of the society and the health of China 2030.For folk Wushu lovers,the honors given by the government can stimulate their motivation and encourage them to continue to make contributions to the cause of Wushu.(4)Folk Wushu organizations should continue to improve their own management system,improve their management ability,handle internal relations well,integrate internal resources well,strive to build a harmonious,united and stable internal environment,and combine the strength of the people into a single force to provide impetus for the good development of the association.
