| The development of kindergarten sports is an important way to improve children’s physical quality.Outdoor sports can not only promote the development of children’s body,cognitive level and sociality,but also provide children with happy emotional experience.Outdoor sports activities are an organizational form of kindergarten sports activities.It is a new situation to carry out outdoor sports activities under the background of theme,and to pay attention to the integrity of children’s learning and development.This study takes the children of two large classes in Taiyuan Y kindergarten as the research object,mainly adopts the literature method,the observation method,the investigation method and the interview method,analyzes the present situation of outdoor sports activities in Y kindergartens from five aspects: the area,the content,the time arrangement,the equipment delivery and the teacher guidance.As far as regional division is concerned,Y kindergartens divide outdoor sports activities into five areas according to local conditions: climbing area,running and jumping area,throwing area,football area and skill area,but there is uneven distribution of area in each area;in the aspect of children’s regional choice preference,children’s choice varies greatly,the number of people who choose climbing area is the largest,the number of people who choose football area is the least;in the aspect of outdoor sports activities,the preset outdoor activities in the garden are relatively comprehensive and rich,and some areas will also have generating activities according to the actual situation of education;In terms of outdoor activities,the schedule of outdoor sports activities in large classes of Y kindergartens is more reasonable and basically meets the requirement of not less than two hours of outdoor activities per day,but the actual outdoor activities often do not meet this requirement;in terms of equipment,there are a variety of outdoor equipment,but the number of various types of equipment is relatively small and lack of self-made equipment;in the case of equipment delivery,there is also a problem of low frequency of equipment replacement;In the outdoor activities of teachers guidance,compared with the individual use of action guidance and language and action of the combination of guidance,the individual use of language guidance more teachers,in outdoor sports activities guidance content,found that teachers in safety education,social interaction,action guidance and other aspects of guidance,less attention in habit formation and quality training.Through the analysis of the present situation,the problems in the area,content,time arrangement,equipment delivery and teacher guidance of outdoor sports activities are found.Meanwhile,the reasons for the above problems are analyzed,and the reasons are summarized as follows: teachers lack the ability to plan venues,regional creation is unattractive,teachers’ level is limited,new content creation is seldom considered,and effective home communication is lacking.In kindergarten,it is often neglected to manage,and teachers’ execution ability is weak.Moreover,the capital investment is less,and the equipment delivery level is limited.Professional knowledge is weak,lack of teacher guidance related training.Finally,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of kindergarten and teachers.For kindergartens,reasonable planning of venues and control of the number of children in various regions;formulation of reasonable outdoor sports activities objectives and contents;strengthening management to ensure the landing of plans;Increase capital investment,scientific and reasonable delivery of equipment;provide learning opportunities to improve teacher guidance.For teachers,we should strengthen the division of labor and cooperation,clarify the responsibilities and posts;pay attention to the development of young children,attach importance to generative content;expand relevant knowledge,improve research ability;pay attention to safety and guidance;and make use of parents’ resources to realize home education. |
