With the development of economy and society,the people’s demand for higher education is increasingly strong,but the number and quality of the original public colleges and universities are far from meeting the needs of students.In this case,private colleges and universities emerge as the times require,and in the whole process of education reform,people pay more and more attention to it The popularization process has made outstanding contributions.However,although private colleges and universities have their unique advantages and flexible characteristics,there are still some practical problems that can not be avoided,that is,the management of teaching staff.Based on the above background,this paper selects Shandong Yingcai University as the research object.From the basic situation of Shandong Yingcai University,the status quo of Shandong Yingcai College Teachers’ performance management,the existing problems of Shandong Yingcai College Teachers’ team,the problems and reasons of Shandong Yingcai College Teachers’ performance management,and the reference of domestic and foreign university teachers’ performance management experience,this paper gives the targeted research through the analysis of the problems and causes of Shandong Yingcai University Teachers’ performance management Optimization scheme.With the in-depth study on the performance management of teachers in Shandong Yingcai University,it is found that the performance management of teachers in private colleges and universities has its uniqueness and advantages,but there are also obvious deficiencies.For example: pay more attention to assessment than management;assessment process is not open and transparent;assessment results are not timely feedback;management intervention in the assessment process and results;unable to ensure the fairness and justice of the assessment.I hope this paper can provide some reference for the above problems. |
