| Only when you believe in your heart can you go far.The firm ideals and beliefs of young college students have always been the ardent expectations of General Secretary Xi Jinping.In order for college students to successfully get the baton of the new journey,and to win the great victory of the new era and new Long March,college students need to firm up their ideals and convictions and work hard.This requires continuous strengthening of the emphasis and research on the education of ideals and beliefs for college students.And it plays a pivotal role in the development of college ideological and political education.The establishment and consolidation of college students’ ideals and beliefs requires a lasting and continuous process,and the education of ideals and beliefs is also a process of gradual deepening.At present,while achieving certain achievements in the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs,it is also facing some outstanding problems.The complex and changeable social environment has also brought new challenges to education.Therefore,strengthening the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs is an urgent and urgent task of our country.For this reason,the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the normalization and institutionalization of ideal and belief education.It is pointed out that the education of ideals and beliefs must be taken as a basic project and strategic task,carried out on a regular basis and promoted in an institutionalized manner.The first chapter mainly uses the definition of concepts as the entry point,clarifying that the scientific connotation of the normalization of ideal and belief education for college students is to realize the normalization of value recognition,institutional norms,mechanism operation,and evaluation and supervision,and to carry out related theories about the normalization of ideal and belief education.It provides a brief overview and clarifies the important significance of promoting the normal development of college students’ ideals and beliefs education in the new era from three levels of individuals,universities,and the country.The second chapter mainly analyzes the current status quo of normalization of ideal and belief education for college students.The author conducted surveys on several representative universities in Shanxi Province and some universities outside the province through questionnaires and visits.Through the analysis of data,we can directly look at the problems in the persuasiveness of the content,the appeal of the methods and the guarantee of the mechanism in the normalization of college students’ ideals and beliefs.On the basis of objective and comprehensive analysis,the analysis concludes the reasons that influence the normal development of college students’ ideal and belief education.The third chapter explores the path of normalization of college students’ ideal and belief education based on a comprehensive analysis of the reasons.It mainly elaborates from three aspects: enriching normalized education content,innovating normalized education methods and perfecting normalized education mechanism. |
