Research On The Integration Of College Education And Community Education

Since the fourth Plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,it has become the trend of China’s educational development to build an educational system that serves the whole people’s lifelong learning.The key to the construction of this educational system lies in "service" and "integration",which is the premise of "service".Only through the maximum integration of existing educational resources can we promote the realization of the goal of serving the lifelong learning needs and rights of the whole people.Based on the perspective of the integration of educational resources,this paper attempts to put forward the idea of the integration of university education and community education,and discusses the factors that affect the integration of university education and community education from the basic elements of the education system.this paper puts forward the strategy of the integration of university education and community education,which includes the following six aspects:First,the definition of the related concepts of the integration of college education and community education.University education refers to the education implemented by universities in higher education,which is a higher level of education.Community education refers to a comprehensive community education activity organized and planned to promote the lifelong development of community members and promote the sustainable development of the community itself through the development and utilization of the resources of various communities in this specific region.The integration of college education and community education refers to the sharing and integration at the level of educational resources.Second,the necessity of the integration of college education and community education.The integration of university education and community education is the need of building a lifelong learning system that serves the whole people,and the development of university education and community education itself.Specifically,the publicity,sociality and limitation of university education require it to be integrated into community education.The informalization,non-specialization and limitation of community education require it to be integrated into university education.Third,Factors affecting the integration of university education and community education.Unbalanced regional development,population differences between regions,lack of institutional support,decentralized management institutions,and low-level interactive participants are external factors that affect the integration of university education and community education.The educational purpose,subject,content and method of university education and community education are internal factors that affect the integration of university education and community education.Fourth,the principle of the integration of university education and community education.The integration of university education and community education should adhere to the principles of equality,openness,complementarity,long-term and feedback.The implementation of these principles is conducive to the realization of the integration of university education and community education as soon as possible.Fifth,the resources that can be integrated into university education and community education.The resources that can be integrated into university education and community education include diversified human resources,shared material resources,docking curriculum resources,open information resources and advanced cultural resources.Sixth,the strategy of the integration of college education and community education.The integration of university education and community education should unify the educational concept,establish a lifelong,people-oriented and inclusive concept of education,link up the educational contents,uniformly design the basic contents of university education and community education,share educational resources,and construct a resource sharing system of "resource integration,two-way opening",build a contingent of teachers and build an integrated professional teaching staff of the university and the community.Confirm the learning achievements,establish the credit mutual recognition system of university education and community education;improve the management system,establish a three-dimensional and multi-directional management system;formulate laws and regulations,including policies and regulations on the integration of university education and community education.
