Research On Social Adaptation Of Elderly People Relocated To Poverty Alleviation In Inhospitable Areas By Group Work

"Relocation of Poverty Alleviation from Inhospitable Areas" is a working method to get rid of poverty in the process of anti-poverty in China.It is also the main battlefield to solve the "the hardest bone" in the context of targeted poverty alleviation.In response to the national policy of "relocation of poverty-stricken people from inhospitable areas",Shaanxi Province carried out relocation of poverty-stricken people from inhospitable areas with registered poverty-stricken households or those affected by natural disasters.Due to geographical factors,the economy in southern Shaanxi is underdeveloped and the poor population is in the majority.As a result,southern Shaanxi has become the key area for the relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas in Shaanxi Province.At the same time,as the elderly enter the stage of old age,physical and psychological changes occur in all aspects,coupled with the implementation of poverty alleviation and relocation policies in inhospitable areas,the social adaptation problems caused by the relocation of the elderly into a new environment become increasingly prominent.This paper takes the old people in S town of southern Shaanxi as the research object to study the social adaptation of the old people.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,mainly including the background,significance,definition of the concept,and the application of theory and research methods;The second part is to understand the status quo of social adaptation of the elderly relocated from inhospitable areas in S town of southern Shaanxi.Firstly,the questionnaire survey was used to understand the status quo of the adaptation of the elderly after relocation,and it was found that the subjects of the study had problems in production,life and interpersonal communication.Then based on the collection of questionnaires,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the maladjustment.The reasons for the maladjustment are two aspects: on the one hand,the personal factors of the elderly,including age and physical health,etc.,on the other hand,the environmental factors,including the reemployment,interpersonal relationship and Ⅱdaily life of the relocated elderly,etc.The third part is to carry out group practice in order to enhance the social adaptability of the elderly by the method of group work intervention.Firstly,select a part of the elderly who are willing to participate in the activity according to the data of the questionnaire survey,and conduct the household interview to recruit team members.Thirdly,according to the common needs of the group members,the group activity plan was formulated.Finally,7 group activities were carried out according to the group activity plan to help improve the social adaptability of the relocated elderly.The fourth part is the summary and reflection of the whole group intervention process.After team involved in the process and result of evaluation shows team working to promote change of poverty alleviation and move to the old social adaptation ability effect,and combined with relevant literature review and group practice should be the government-led,community for auxiliary mutual help change of poverty alleviation and move the elderly to move after the new life and new environment.
