In order to deal with the global aging problem,the World Health Organization has put forward the opinion of active aging.Many developed countries take promoting the reemployment of the elderly as an important measure to achieve the goal of active aging.With the deepening of population aging in China,the negative effects on social economy and social problems of the elderly have become increasingly prominent.In recent years,Chinese state attaches great importance to the problem of population aging,and has formulated and implemented a series of policies and measures to develop human resources for the elderly and promote active aging.However,the problem of reemployment of the elderly has not been resolved effectively.This paper makes an in-depth study on how to promote the reemployment of the urban young elderly in China,aiming to expand the theoretical system and research framework of the development of human resources for the elderly,better reduce the burden of the elderly in China,and solve the problem of labor shortage,realizing the goal of "the elderly have something to do".In the research process,based on the theory of active aging and social support,this paper carries out the research from a new perspective,focusing not only on the understanding and practice of the elderly,but also on social support and encouragement.By using the methods of literature research,empirical analysis and case interview,this paper combs the research results of active aging and reemployment of the elderly at home and abroad,analyzes the basic situation and main problems of reemployment of the urban elderly in China,and explores the mechanism and operation mechanism of reemployment of the young elderly.This paper constructs a binary logistic regression model,uses CGSS2017 survey data for empirical research,adds relevant variables such as social participation creatively,grasps the impact of socio-economic factors on the reemployment of urban elderly,and explores the effective path to realize the reemployment of urban young elderly.The results show that the reemployment rate of the urban elderly is low and their autonomy is strong.The young elderly are the main body,and the proportion of them who are employed in enterprises and engaged in full-time work is relatively high.The problems such as the imperfect market mechanism,the low quality of culture and technology of the elderly,the deviation of social concept and the lack of family support have hindered the reemployment of the urban elderly.Gender,age,education,learning,marital status,spouse reemployment and other general personal factors,as well as physical health,political and cultural participation and social equity factors,are positively correlated with urban elderly reemployment.Whether or not to visit,participate in basic endowment insurance and basic medical insurance have no statistical significance on the reemployment of the urban elderly.Based on the perspective of social support,it is suggested that the government,enterprises,communities and families should give full play to the role of support,so as to create a good atmosphere and conditions for the reemployment of the urban young elderly. |
