Research On Social Work Intervention To Improve The Re-employment Ability Of Young Urban Elderly People From The Perspective Of Active Agin

With the aggravation of the population ageing,the problem of the aged is becoming more and more prominent.How to alleviate the social problems caused by aging and enable the elderly to live a happy life in their old age has become a growing public concern.The re-employment of the elderly is of great significance to the development of active aging and active aging.From the perspective of "active aging",this study takes young elderly people in the community as the research object and examines how to improve the re-employment ability of young elderly people.First of all,social workers through questionnaire and interviews to collect data,according to the data obtained in s community,the re-employment ability of the young elderly and the existing problems,the study found that,at present,there are three inadequacies in the employment information acquisition,the re-employment cognition and the re-employment vocational skills of the low-aged old people,Guided by the three dimensions of the active aging concept of "health,engagement and security",this paper analyzes the re-employment needs of older adults,taking the theory of "Increasing energy" and the theory of "Social support" as the practical theories,in the light of the re-employment situation of the young old in s community,the group activity of re-employment ability promotion was carried out to help the old to enhance their empowerment from the individual,interpersonal and social levels,however,there is still a lack of social empowerment of the elderly,the need for multi-party support of social forces.At the end of the practical process,the evaluation of intervention services,the employment ability of the young elderly has been greatly enhanced.Finally,the author summarizes the experience of social work in promoting the employability of the elderly and puts forward some suggestions.
