With the accelerated evolution of urbanization,the number of floating population is increasing year by year.The rural elderly’s entering the city has evolved from individual behavior to an important trend of population migration.The old people in cities are far away from their familiar hometown and come to completely unfamiliar cities.They are difficult to adapt to cultural customs,interpersonal communication,community care and other aspects,leading to derailment from community life,resulting in psychological problems such as psychological loneliness,low sense of self-efficacy,and unwillingness to communicate with others,which seriously affect physical and mental health.Therefore,how to promote the reintegration of urban elderly and community life is a problem worth studying.In this paper,J community is selected as the research object,and the information acquisition forms such as issuing questionnaires,face-to-face interviews and third-view observation are adopt to analyze whether the young urban elderly can smoothly integrate into the new community life from the perspectives of cultural acceptance,behavior acquisition,social integration,role change and identity remodeling.It finds that in the process of integrating into the city,young urban elderly generally have language difficulties,large differences in living habits,lack of friends,and encounter the digital divide Difficulties in role conversion and other issues,facing a strong demand for re socialization;Carry out case studies according to the social support theory.Through five case interventions,carry out practical interventions respectively from the aspects of language and cultural adaptation,digital skills improvement,strengthening peer group interaction,increasing community participation,completing role adjustment and strengthening family support,and rebuild the social support network for young urban elderly to integrate into community life;The intervention effect was comprehensively evaluated,and combined with practical experience,feasible suggestions were put forward from the aspects of urban elderly themselves,family relationship,community service,social worker support and social security.The research shows that the social support theory can drive the reconstruction of the social support network and the case intervention method can effectively promote the integration of community life.
