Marxism is a theory about the conditions of proletarian liberation.The proletariat takes human liberation as its own duty,and labor liberation is the foundation and core of human liberation.The diagnose and solve the current problems in China’s economic life,such as tense labor relations,frequent labor disputes,segmentation of urban and rural labor market,strong capital and weak labor.Marx’s thought of labor liberation has its own formation conditions.The industrial revolution and the continuous progress of science and technology in Western European countries have become the driving force liberation.The goal of labor liberation is to realize free labor.Free labor is to "construct according to the law of beauty",to "reasonably adjust" and "effectively control" the material transformation process between man and nature,and to leap from "Kingdom of necessity" to "Kingdom of freedom".Labor liberation is the result of individual’s free and all-round development,which is production and communication,not only can provide material basis for labor liberation,but also can greatly increase free time to develop themselves;establish "free man union",so that people can unite Only by sharing the productive forces can people fully possess their own essence through labor.Marx’s thought of labor liberation is not only the link of his philosophy,economics and scientific labor liberation thoughts in the economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844,on the Jewish issue,German Ideology,Manifesto of the Communist Party,Das Kapital and their manuscripts,puts Marx’s labor liberation thoughts in the history of Marxist theory,and gives a dialectical and dynamic systematic investigation.The innovation of this paper has two aspects: one is to try to construct the theoretical framework of Marx’s thought of labor liberation.Marx’s thought of labor liberation is studied from the historical perspective of time and space.The second is to explore the contemporary value of Marx’s thought of labor liberation.Using the standpoint,viewpoint and method of Marx’s labor liberation thought,this paper analyzes and studies the labor development problems existing in contemporary social and economic life,and provides theoretical methods and value guidance for stimulating the potential of labor creation in the new era.
