| Nowadays,the employment pressure of the masters is increasing day by day,and the anxiety caused by the employment problem frequently appears in the master group.Although employment anxiety is only one of the chronic diseases of psychological disorders,if we do not pay attention to it,it is likely to harm the physical and mental health of ourselves and others if the masters are not able to actively adjust their anxiety.Therefore,social work as a helpful profession,it is necessary to carry out intervention services for the masters who have employment anxiety problems.At the same time,social work has great professional advantages in solving such problems.This article aims to take the female master’s employment anxiety as an example,mainly around the female master’s employment anxiety for intervention services,so as to alleviate the degree of their employment anxiety.At the same time,it broadens the application of social work theory in this kind of problem,and provides practical reference for the social work intervention of related problems in the future.The author received the help of a female master who had anxiety problems caused by excessive employment pressure,in order to better help the patient,the author specifically referred to the related literature,found master’s employment problem is not only influenced by the social pressure,but also by their cognition,emotion and the impact of individual behavior,etc.And part of the master of females than male masters more expect to get a relatively stable work,seeking this work not only to face greater competitive pressure,but also bear the uncertainty results,because of the existence of this kind of competition and uncertainty,female masters are more likely to have employment anxiety than male masters.Therefore,it is very necessary to intervene the employment anxiety of female masters.By taking client Y as an example,this study used literature method and operation method,based on the detailed analysis of the causes of the formation and continuation of employment anxiety,with the method of case work in social work and the theory of cognitive behavior as the theoretical basis,the author focused on the wrong cognition,negative behavior and bad emotions of the client in the aspect of employment.After the intervention service,through the pre-test and post-test comparison of the client anxiety scale and the evaluation of the intervention results,it showed that the intervention of case work had a certain positive effect on solving the problem of female master’s employment anxiety.The research shows that through the practical research on the employment anxiety of female masters involved in social work,it proves that social work can effectively alleviate the degree of employment anxiety.In the service process,social work pays more attention to the client’s personal growth,enhances the client’s ability to cope with pressure and relieve anxiety,and truly realizes the value concept of "help them to help themselves" in social work. |
