At present,with the deep implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,higher education is developing rapidly,and there are more and more college graduates,showing a growing trend.With the increasing employment pressure,the problem of employment choice anxiety is becoming increasingly prominent.The students majoring in navigation have a very special specialty,which is an essential core part of the construction of shipping talent team and an important basis for China to implement the strategy of strengthening the country by sea.In recent years,the diversion of navigation graduates has become increasingly serious,especially the large number of graduates who work on ships,and the brain drain rate has gradually increased.In the environment of economic globalization,the demand for navigation talents,especially the demand for ocean going officers,has increased significantly,and the contradiction between the supply and demand of navigation talents has intensified,which has hindered the development of navigation.In the face of such a realistic environment,the confusion of future work prospects and the lack of self planning directly aggravate the employment pressure and anxiety of navigation graduates.Based on this environment,the author comprehensively collected and sorted out relevant literature results,through a variety of ways such as investigation,observation and interview,to have a deep understanding of the employment choice anxiety of navigation graduates.This study takes the navigation graduates of a university in D City as the object,based on the theory of advantage perspective,employment guidance,social ecosystem and so on,This paper uses case work method to create a good learning environment and case work atmosphere for navigation graduates,and convey the ability to alleviate the anxiety of employment choice to the case owners,so that they can make a smooth choice of employment.Maritime graduates can expand the social support network through effective and targeted work,and can also achieve the purpose of alleviating personal anxiety.By carrying out casework interactions,the negative emotions of the client can be relieved,the inherent "irrational beliefs" can be broken,and "reasonable beliefs" can be adopted and used instead.During the practice period,continuous discussion can be carried out on the basis of integrating the above three theories and case work.On the one hand,it can make reference to the practical operation of the case work method,and on the other hand,it can improve the research results in the field of maritime social work.We must also actively reflect on the many issues that have emerged during the activity.There are many reasons for the anxiety of the graduates of navigation majors in their employment choices.It is necessary to pay attention to the important role of the individual to play the subjective initiative,but also to take into account the specific influence of the surrounding environment and the construction of a social support network.It is hoped that this practice can effectively help the navigation graduates with employment choice anxiety.This time the research is not long,coupled with the impact of limited resources,the research results have certain shortcomings.How to make the navigation graduates more smoothly choose employment also needs further thinking and research of the university.
