| In recent years,kindergartens in many areas have begun to explore and practice food education.This research is based on the narrative research of J Food Education Studio and the Lower Kindergarten of Food Education Studio.Since its establishment in 2017,the studio has continued to develop with Park A as its base.It has not only attracted the participation of kindergartens in Baoding City,but also has a certain impact on the development of food education in kindergartens in Shijiazhuang City,Chengde City and other places.This research mainly uses interview method,observation method and object collection method to collect and analyze research materials.During the four-month internship in Garden A,the researcher compiled relevant materials on the development of food education at the J Food Education Studio and the affiliated kindergarten.In addition,in-depth interviews were conducted with the four core personnel of the studio director J,the studio secretary X,and the deputy team leaders H and L.Based on the recommendation of the principal of J and the frequency of members’ participation in activities,I visited and researched the 5 kindergartens A,B,C,D,and I under the studio,and the duration was 1-2 days.In order to ensure the objectivity and authenticity of the research,in addition to the core personnel,the author interviewed 5 principals,11 teachers,6 parents,and 3 health doctors in the form of formal interviews and informal interviews.Watched B,C,I food education courses 6 times.As a volunteer,assist D Garden to complete the activities of Food Education Practice Base for 1 day.This research uses "run" as the main line of narrative,and analyzes the external reasons for the establishment of the food education studio from two aspects: relying on the famous teacher studio to build a communication platform and mature food education concepts to provide a development model.From the previous activities experience to lay the foundation for development,like-minded people to open up a development path to analyze the internal reasons for the establishment of the food education studio.Focusing on the standardization and scientification of food education work plan,the refined and individualized food education work summary,the learning from each other in discussions,and the joint improvement in the "exploration garden",the development road of J Food Education Studio will be described.Analyze the main influence of the studio on the members since the establishment of the studio from two aspects: "diversified learning under cross-discipline and improvement of management level under the concept of humanism".Each member represents a kindergarten,so this research expounds the path of food education exploration in kindergarten under the studio based on the five aspects of food education environment,curriculum promotion,practice base,homeland cooperation,and daily routine,and analyzes the impact of food education.The influence of different groups such as teachers,health doctors,parents,and young children.Finally,the researchers reflected and looked forward to the development of J Food Education Studio and Kindergarten Food Education from their own and everyone’s perspectives.Researchers believe that J Food Education Studio,as a learning community with the theme of food education,will continue to "moisturize" more people. |
