| Hong Kong belongs to the special zone of China,and its politics,culture and education are all special.Because the primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong do not use the mainland version of music textbooks,it has its unique characteristics and certain research significance.In this study,Longman Music,which is the most frequently used textbook in primary schools in Hong Kong,is taken as the object to study its compilation concept and content,so as to better understand the current situation of music education in primary schools in Hong Kong.The research content of this paper mainly includes:The first is the introduction.The introduction briefly introduces the reason,purpose and significance,literature review,research methods and paper framework of my thesis.The first chapter discusses the characteristics of music curriculum in primary schools in Hong Kong.It is mainly divided into three levels: focusing on the cultivation of students’ correct attitude,values and common abilities,emphasizing on the development of students’ creativity and subject skills,and providing support for students through multiple participation.The second chapter is the design concept of Longman edition primary school music textbook.Three parts are used to elaborate the features of course content arrangement,layout design and material selection.This chapter mainly discusses the design concept of Longman edition primary school music textbook,from the content of the textbook,to the design of the layout,and finally to the selection of materials.The design concept of these three links is scientific,which plays an important role in the content analysis of Longman edition primary school music textbook.The third chapter is the content research of Longman edition primary school music textbook.The main analysis is divided into four parts: singing songs,playing music,listening music and music knowledge in the selection of music teaching materials.The four main parts are subdivided into small modules to elaborate,and the Chinese music is elaborated in the singing and listening repertoire,so as to understand the arrangement and setting of the teaching materials in content selection in detail,and finally to summarize and analyze.The fourth chapter is the thinking of Longman primary school music textbook in Hong Kong.Through the analysis of the third chapter,the author finds out the advantages of Longman’s primary school music textbook and the incongruity between Chinese and foreign parts in the material selection and content distribution of the textbook,and puts forward some reflections and reasonable suggestions on the current situation of music education in Hong Kong.The last part is the conclusion.This paper puts forward the opinion of the current situation of music education in Hong Kong’s primary schools,the suggestions for the future education in Hong Kong and the summary of the whole article’s research content.Through the analysis and research on the content of Hong Kong Longman Music textbook,I hope to better master the content setting of Longman Music textbook and give some valuable suggestions to music educators in the primary schools today. |
