| As the cornerstone of basic education,the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school teachers is of self-evident importance to the development of education in China,and the post-90 s primary and secondary school teachers are gradually growing into the main force of primary and secondary school teachers,the construction of this group of teachers is bound to become the focus of current basic education.This study explores the health status of primary and secondary school teachers after 1990 s focusing on the perspective of work stress.Particularly focusing on the effects of positive and negative(positive/negative)work stress and the degree of work stress,two-way social support on their health and their psychological mechanism were investigated.This paper mainly discuss the following issues:Research 1 adopted the combination of interview method and questionnaire method.To investigate and analyze the working stress degree and the source of working stress of post-90 s primary and secondary school teachers.Research 2: Through the questionnaire survey to collected data to explore the relationship between work pressure,two-way(accepting and giving)social support,positive and negative(positive/negative)work pressure and health of post-90s primary and secondary school teachers.First,on the basis of descriptive statistics and correlation analysis,a regression analysis was conducted on 404 questionnaire data to explore the impact of work stress,two-way(receiving and giving)social support,and positive/negative(positive/negative)work stress on health.Secondly,Mplus software was used to construct a parallel mediation model to verify the mediating effect of positive and negative work stress on the level of work stress and health.Finally,a moderated parallel mediating model was constructed to test whether the mediating effect between positive and negative job stress and health was moderated by social support.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The post-90 s primary and secondary school teachers’ work pressure is generally at a medium and high level.The sources of their work pressure are: work itself,work economy,career development,work expectation,work interpersonal relationship,work organization,and work role.Among them,the work itself pressure,the work interpersonal pressure and the work economic pressure are the main work pressure sources.(2)The health status of post-90 s primary and secondary school teachers are generally good.The degree of work stress and negative work stress have a negative impact on the health of post-90 s primary and secondary school teachers,which will hinder individual health;giving social support and positive work stress have a positive impact on the health of post-90 s primary and secondary school teachers,which will promote individual health.(3)Positive and negative working pressure has an intermediary effect between the level of work stress and health.The first half of the intermediary path that affects health through positive work pressure is regulated by social support. |
