This article take the junior middle school teacher as the research object, uses the questionnaire survey and the interview method, to inspect the present situation of junior middle school teacher’s working stress,coping strategies and negative motion, exploed the relationships about junior middle school teacher’s working stress,coping strategies and negative emotion, coping strategies should be attaehed as an intermediary variables aeffeting the relations between junior middle school teacher’s working stress and negative emotion. and carry on The intervention using cognitiv-behaviorlt treatment to some teachers then to accepts intervenes and carry on the comparative analysis.around before the intervention the teachers negative emotion condition comparative analysis aspectert,mainly after accepts intervenes the teachers intervene and intervention the negative emotion result contast,to discuss the stategy to improve the teacher’s negative emotion condition.The result indicated that:(1) The junior middle school teacher’s working stress mainly comes from interpersonal relationgship and specialized skill.(2) The middle school teacaher’S overall emotion condition degree is high.(3)And the posive,effective coping strategies can reduce the negative working stress brought to The middle school teacaher’s emotional pressure.(4) The n negative emotion of the junior middle school teachers is caused by their unreasonable faith.(5) cognitiv-behaviorlt treatmen is the effective strategy to improve the teachers’negative emotion...
