Questionnaire survey of teacher's teaching quality is an important part of college students' evaluation of teaching.At present,the main flow of the teaching evaluation system of university teacher teaching is that the teaching affairs team creates a universally-accurate student evaluation teaching questionnaire according to the situation of teachers,and expresses the score by Teacher's evaluation.This type of student teaching evaluation management system is concise and convenient,and can receive most of the feedback of the teacher's teaching level,which is more suitable for the uniform student evaluation of the entire school.However,for a single teacher,such systems are unable to meet their needs for comprehensive feedback on student evaluation.The reasons are as follows: first,evaluation indicators of college student evaluation system are relatively general,and individual indicators are weak;second,the evaluation system of university students makes the students produce due to the fixed evaluation time and the undisclosed teaching information;third,the evaluation system of college students' evaluation of teaching system is not timely and inaccurate.Therefore,for a single teacher,if he wants to obtain student feedback on teaching evaluation at any time,accurately,and in a timely manner,he needs to develop a teacher-dedicated teaching quality questionnaire system that is suitable for individual teachers.The system enables teachers to follow the students' overall learning and course types.,course progress,teacher's teaching attitude,teaching methods,teaching effects,teaching content,etc.,to design and produce a questionnaire that can accurately detect the student's satisfaction with the teaching quality of the teacher,can be detected at any stage of the course before the course starts After the student fills in the questionnaire,both the student and the teacher can get the feedback information of the questionnaire in time,so that the teacher can adjust their own courses according to the feedback information obtained,and the students can also learn that filling out the questionnaire can transfer their own feedback on the quality of the teaching of the teacher.To teachers,they eventually benefited themselves and eliminated the traditional students' evaluation of teachings as meaningless in teaching evaluation,eliminating the issue of teacher burnout.The teacher's personalized teaching quality questionnaire system elaborated in this paper can produce questionnaires for teachers' individual requirements and receive feedback from the questionnaires.The main research contents of this paper are the following points.(1)Analyze the questionnaire system for the teaching quality of all teachers in colleges and universities,absorb the advantages of them,study the requirements of a single teacher's personalized teaching quality questionnaire system,and propose a solution to the demand.At present,the evaluation index system for college students' evaluation of teaching systems is relatively general and weak in individualization.It cannot express the characteristics of different courses and classes of teachers.Therefore,it gives sufficient degrees of freedom to allow teachers to produce their own curriculum questionnaires and personalize them.The questionnaire production business process,answering paper business process,and personalized questionnaire survey result statistics business process were elaborated,and various use cases of the system were analyzed.(2)The software and hardware architecture,system package,system detail class and database structure of the personalized teaching quality questionnaire system were designed.The class and interface design of the system's six functional modules are elaborated in detail,and the design basis for system implementation is provided through the design of system classes and interfaces.According to the system analysis and design,the implementation interface and key code of the teacher's personalized teaching quality questionnaire were analyzed in detail.(3)With the in-depth study of the personalized questionnaire system,a large amount of questionnaire data will be accumulated in the future.For teachers,they can make full use of these data for statistical analysis.The development of information technology,the continuous upgrading of electronic devices and the questionnaire system for individualized teaching quality of teachers should also follow the trend and adapt to the use of different devices.The teacher's personalized teaching quality questionnaire system can fully acquire a personalized questionnaire survey system for students' evaluation of teaching information,providing teachers with more scientific and reasonable services for improving the teaching level,and allowing teachers to arrange time for teaching evaluation activities to be liberalized and stage independent.The indicators are more detailed and individualized;teachers' fatigue in teaching evaluation is eliminated;teachers' feedback on detailed teaching evaluation results is promptly provided,enabling teachers to adjust the teaching process in a timely manner.
