| With the continuous development of basketball and the further excavation of basketball function value,college basketball options class ushered in more opportunities and challenges.Basketball Optional Class is not only one of the basic courses in colleges and universities,but also an important part of effectively connecting school physical education with social physical education.It plays an important role in cultivating college students’ excellent quality and lifelong physical education consciousness,and also plays an important role in helping to realize the goal of building a strong sports country and the strategic goal of strengthening a strong country with talents.Therefore,we should fully explore and master the motivation and demand law of college students’ participation in Basketball Optional Class,and fully tap the optimization factors and countermeasures of the courses from the perspective of long-term development,so that the optimization reform can better serve to improve students’ awareness and participation,to improve the quality of basketball courses and to improve the quality of talent training.Firstly,this paper discusses the feasibility and advantages of applying the "push-pull" theory model to the dynamic research of Basketball Optional Class by means of literature,interview and expert consultation.Combining the theory model and push-pull theory,this paper compiles the "push-pull-stop" scale for college students to participate in Basketball Optional Class.Using exploratory factor analysis method,the common factors of push-pull-stop were extracted and named.Descriptive analysis,independent sample T test,single factor analysis of variance and Persons correlation analysis were used to analyze the collected data qualitatively and quantitatively.Secondly,using supply-side reform research theory and expert interview method,the supply-side of Basketball Optional Class is divided into four elements: resource,labor force,system and innovation,and the allocation of elements in Basketball Optional Class is investigated in the field.The results are as follows:1、According to the results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,it shows that the "push-pull-stop" motivation scale for college students to participate in Basketball Optional Class has good reliability and validity,and the model has a good fit.The main thrust of College Students’ participation in Basketball Optional Class are: "self promotion","improvement of spirit and physique" and "personal preference".The main thrust is "project cognition","course cognition" and "experience cognition",and the main resistance is "personal and resource hindrance" and "structural hindrance".2、Under the demographic variables of gender,grade and specialty,there are some differences in the motivation of "push-pull-stop" for college students to participate in Basketball Optional Class.From the perspective of eight common factors,there are significant differences in "personal preference" and "structural hindrance" among college students of different sexes;there are significant differences in "personal and resource hindrance" and "structural hindrance" among college students in different grades in "self-improvement "," improvement spirit and physique "," personal preference "," project cognition "," experience cognition "," personal and resource hindrance" and "structural hindrance ";and there are significant differences in " personal and resource hindrance" among college students in different majors.3 、 After controlling for gender,grade and specialty,the three thrust motives of "improving self "," improving spirit and physique" and "personal preference" and "project cognition" and "course cognition" can have positive and significant effect on college students’ participation in Basketball Optional Class,while "personal and resource hindrance" can have a significant negative effect on college students’ participation in Basketball Optional Class.4、Through on-the-spot investigation of the sampled colleges and universities,the paper analyzes the motivation of college students’ participation in the Basketball Optional Class "push-pull-stop" and the shortage of the supply factors of the Basketball Optional Course in Colleges and universities:(1)There is a supply-demand relationship between resource factors,labor factors and resistance factors.The lack of investment in resource factors(less space per student and indoor space,greatly affected by climate,low utilization rate of multimedia online)and labor factors(insufficient allocation of full-time basketball teachers,big difference in professional titles and gender structure)in colleges and universities forms the resistance for college students to participate in Basketball Optional Class.(2)There is a supply-demand relationship between the allocation of system elements and thrust motivation,and there are structural problems in the system elements of colleges and universities(the course selection system can not reflect the subjectivity of students,the length of courses and theoretical hours are short,and there is a lack of self-evaluation of students),which weakens the thrust of college students to participate in basketball course selection.(3)There is a supply-demand relationship between the allocation of innovation elements and the motivation of pulling force.The structural problems existing in the innovation elements of colleges and universities(the cultural propaganda facilities such as basketball cultural propaganda column and banner are ignored,and the course evaluation information in the course selection system is missing)weaken the pulling force of college students to participate in Basketball Optional Class.5、In view of the structural problems faced by Basketball Optional Class,this paper puts forward the following Supply Optimization Countermeasures:(1)The education supplier should take the demand as the guidance,establish the student demand collection mechanism,actively adapt to the education demand,and increase the effective supply of Basketball Optional Class..(2)Establish a dynamic balance between demand and supply,build an innovation driven configuration,and enhance the attraction of Basketball Optional Class.(3)Guide the rational distribution of educational resources and services,provide high-quality courses,and resolve the obstacles of Basketball Optional Class. |
