| The program for building a strong country in sports promulgated by the state council in 2019 clearly states that the development of children’s sports should be based on the improvement of the standard system of children’s sports items and equipment.Although great achievements have been made in the development of children’s sports in China,the physical quality of children in China in the past 20 years has shown a trend of "external strength,medium and dry",and the influence of lifestyle and behavioral habits on children’s development is everywhere.While drawing lessons from foreign experience,it urgently needs localized theoretical and practical experience as a support to promote the development of China’s children’s sports.In order to explore the methods to promote the development of children’s gross muscle group motor ability and improve children’s basic motor skills in China,this paper demonstrates the problems by comprehensive use of literature analysis,survey and interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.A kindergarten student in Fuzhou 74 children as experimental object,take between group experimental design,the independent variables for the sports activities(including into Pilates elements of sports activities and regular physical activity),the dependent variable for infant’s ability to bulky action(preschoolers gross motor development assessment scale score),motor development,mastery learning theory,infant psychology theory as the theoretical basis,from the teaching idea,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching principles,teaching strategies and so on several aspects,using Pilates elements to design and practice of children’s sports activities,The development level of children’s mobility,object control ability and postural control ability was tested by the gross motor development scale.Research results:(1)That in comparative classes and experimental classes ten indicators before and after the test scores through the T test analysis,the result is: before the trial run straight line(p=0.521),continuous feet jump(p=0.806),the standing long jump hop(p=0.770),(p=0.839),in situ bounce the ball(p=0.468),football(p=0.800),single hand pitch(p=0.143),both hands the ball(p=0.344),standing on one foot(p=0.170),sideways roll(p=0.151)ten indicators p values are all p>0.05,no significant differences.Straight run after experiment(p=0.001),continuous jump(p=0.028),the standing long jump hop(p=0.001),(p=0.034),in situ bounce the ball(p=0.026),football(p=0.921),single hand pitch(p=0.032),both hands the ball(p=0.062),standing on one foot(p<0.001),sideways roll(p<0.001)ten indicators only play with both hands to catch(p>0.05),does not have significant differences,including in-situ bounce the ball(p=0.026),and that in comparative classes result is better than that of experimental classes,The other indexes were all p<0.05,showing significant differences.(2)There was no significant difference between Pilates activities in kicking and receiving the ball(p>0.05);The effect of regular physical activity was better than that of Pilates in the spot bounce.(3)After the experiment,the scores of the control class and the experimental class in the ten indicators of gross motor ability were improved.The overall performance of the experimental class was better than that of the control class,that is,the children’s physical activity with Pilates elements had a significant effect.Research conclusions:Conclusion one : Based on the theory of motor development and the scientific principles of Pilates,select suitable Pilates movements for children and design physical activities for children,which are safe,scientific and extensive,and can promote children’s motor development.Conclusion two : On the basis of the 3-6 years old children’s learning and development guide "the five areas of the target designed baby Pilates,put forward to adapt to,promote and consolidate the Pilates activity three stages goals,on this basis to determine basic motor skills and Pilates moves two teaching contents,emphasis on security,interest and so on seven big teaching principle,teaching pay attention to the combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation,using the game and the teaching strategy,parents build match the infant Pilates activity theory system.Conclusion three:Pilates activity experimental intervention can promote the gross motor ability of 4-5 year old children,and has obvious effect on the mobility and posture control ability(p<0.05),so it is highly feasible to apply it in kindergarten. |
