The status of interpersonal relationships in middle school has a profound impact on the physical and mental health of individuals and the fitness of the society.With the widespread use of social media,more and more junior high school students use social media to maintain interpersonal relationships.When they rely too much on social media,they will have a certain impact on real social interaction.Therefore,this article takes L Middle School in Jinzhong City as an example,uses the questionnaire star to send out questionnaires,conducts certain investigations and studies on the social media use and interpersonal communication status of junior high school students in this school,and summarizes the use of social media and social media Dependence,and then analyze the influence of social media dependence on the real social ability of junior high school students.The survey results found that most of the junior high school students in this school are lightly dependent and non-dependent,and students perform better in self-management and self-control.However,23% of the samples have more severe dependence,and this part of the dependence is more severe In the sample,about half of the individuals have a situation where their real social skills are weakened due to excessive reliance on social media.Therefore,social workers select group members to carry out group activities based on scores and voluntary principles.Under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory and Schutz’s three-dimensional interpersonal theory,through the use of professional methods and skills in group work,social workers provide assistance to junior high school students with weakened social skills in reality,and slow down the process of junior high school students’ over-reliance on social media.This leads to the diminishing of actual social interaction,reduced initiative in actual social interaction,and the differences between virtual and actual social interactions.Through the guidance of social workers and the mutual support of group members,the team members’ real-life interpersonal communication skills are improved.However,the social media dependence of junior high school students is affected by multiple factors,and it is difficult to solve it by the strength of individual self alone.Therefore,it is better to mobilize all parties to work together in addition to the intervention of social workers to improve the situation of junior high school students.It is necessary to strengthen the education of interpersonal communication,relevant departments to improve the network law and evaluation standard system,strengthen the leading role of mainstream social values in individual network communication,create a good network communication environment for junior high school students,and promote healthy development under the guidance of positive values.Interpersonal communication.
