A Study On The Training Strategy Of Excellent Class Sponsors In Secondary Vocational Schools On The Background Of "Excellent Teacher Training Plan"

In September 2018,the Ministry of Education fully launched and implemented the Excellent Teacher Training Plan 2.0,which provided training opinions for five types of teachers,including secondary vocational teachers,and gave guidance for various schools in the future on teacher education reform.As one of the secondary vocational teachers,the secondary vocational class sponsors play an extremely important role in the entire education and teaching process,and it is necessary to increase the training of the secondary vocational class sponsors.Among the existing studies,most of them focus on the study of class management in secondary vocational schools,and there are very few studies on the training of excellent class sponsors in secondary vocational schools.Through sorting out the literature,this paper studies the connotation of the excellent class sponsors in the secondary vocational school:The class sponsors of secondary vocational education must possess high moral literacy,have excellent communication skills,and possess core professional abilities;through a survey of students,parents and class sponsors of Zhanjiang Finance and Trade Secondary Specialized School,analyze the views and expectations of secondary school students and parents on the class sponsors,and the problems existing in the training process of the class sponsors in secondary vocational schools,researching out a set of "morality,ability,diligence,performance,integrity" of the "five links" training strategy for the excellent class sponsors in secondary vocational school.The strategy for training excellent class sponsors is beneficial to the development of a group of excellent secondary vocational school class sponsors in the secondary vocational school,improving the overall quality level of secondary vocational school class sponsors,and further promoting the comprehensive and healthy development of secondary vocational school students.
