| Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education.However,the phenomenon that secondary vocational school students are addicted to mobile phones and affect their studies has emerged.Mobile phone dependence has become a problem that secondary vocational education must face and solve.This study is devoted to in-depth analysis of the current situation of mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational school students and related influencing factors,and puts forward relevant countermeasures accordingly,so as to provide a subject for understanding the problem of mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational school students Learning basis,to solve the problem of mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational school students to provide ideas.Through a survey of 545 students in a vocational middle school in Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province,it is found that the mobile phone dependence of secondary vocational school students is serious,and the proportion of the number of secondary vocational school students whose mobile phone dependence degree is from low to high shows a positive pyramid distribution.In terms of influencing factors,through the data analysis of the relevant demographic characteristics,mobile phone use characteristics,loneliness and self-esteem level of secondary vocational school students,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The detection rate of high group,middle group and low group was 24.2%,31.9%and 43.9%,respectively.The higher the score,the more serious the problem of mobile phone dependence.(2)There was no significant difference in the dimensions of mobile phone dependence,abstinence,physical and mental influence,and craving.(3)There were significant differences in the dimensions of cell phone dependence and desire,monthly average cost of living in the dimensions of desire,and the dimensions of withdrawal symptoms and craving in the factors of living location.(4)There was a significant positive correlation between loneliness,daily average use of mobile phone and mobile phone dependence,but there was no significant correlation between self-esteem and mobile phone dependence.(5)The mediating effect between loneliness and cell phone dependence is significant.According to the above conclusion,the following educational countermeasures are put forward:(1)use health education content such as career planning and time management to improve students’ willingness to control mobile phones,and reduce the time for secondary vocational school students to play mobile phones through efficient classroom management,rich academic activities and the establishment of positive student groups.(2)we should properly test the students’ psychological health,and try to reduce the loneliness level of secondary vocational school students by offering mental health education courses,effective home school interaction and communication,and properly using group counseling and other methods.(3)we should pay attention to the students who come to school involuntarily.Through the propaganda and education of career development prospect by the students,head teachers or full-time tutors around,gradually increase their recognition of the school,reduce their psychological contradictions,eliminate their conflict psychology,and let them gradually turn their energy to study.(4)a psychological consultation room should be set up for effective consultation by psychology related practitioners or senior educators.Schools should exchange,share and train relevant issues. |
