Research On The Education Of Contemporary College Students’ Outlook On Success Under The Influence Of E-sports

With the rapid development of E-sports in China,it has been recognized by the state and society,but also has a subtle impact on the concept of talent of college students.College students as a relatively deep contact with E-sports group,their talent cognition and value orientation are also affected.In this case,the correct guidance of the concept of talent education can help college students to establish a scientific concept of talent when they are affected by esports,and help college students to become better.This paper discusses the relationship between the basic content of E-sports and the characteristics of E-sports education.Then,the questionnaire is made by combining E-sports with the main aspects of the concept of talent.Taking 528 college students from three colleges and universities in Hubei Province as the survey objects,the paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of E-sports on the judgment of College Students’ talent standards,the grasp of their motivation,the recognition of the influencing factors and the choice of ways of talent.The results show that E-sports stimulates college students to pay attention to professional quality,enhance their awareness of social recognition,attach importance to communication and cooperation,and begin to pay attention to the accumulation of practical experience.But Esports also has a negative impact on college students,which is mainly manifested in the neglect of moral quality,the pursuit of relative material and utilitarian,the conflict with the current educational concept and the deviation of the choice of the way of becoming a talent.In view of the negative influence of E-sports on College Students’ Outlook on success,the author makes an attribution analysis from four main bodies: individual,family,school and society.Based on the survey results and attribution analysis,the author puts forward the education strategy of College Students’ Outlook on success under the influence of E-sports.The education strategy corresponds to the attribution analysis subject,and puts forward that college students should enrich their own cognition of E-sports,To improve the network literacy;family educators to improve the concept of talent,innovative moral carrier;college educators to innovate the old concept,expand the education path;social departments to strengthen the concept of guidance,optimize the education environment.
