The View Of College Students' Career Success And Guide The Strategy Research

College students' concept of career success is whether the college students' minds about future career type criterion of success,can be a single,also can be diverse.This study is based on the concept of career success interview and survey to determine the most practical research dimensions,including wages,working areas,job promotion and power,stability,harmony,balance,the physical and mental health seven dimensions.This study through the investigation of the successful concept of university students in Shandong province that college students occupation occupation success view is utilitarian,they consider more work area and work stability,ignoring social responsibility and personal ideal interest.This paper sums up the main influencing factors of contemporary college students' professional success view,and finally puts forward effective strategies on how to guide students' career success.Through data analysis and summary,this study think:First of all,the concept of the success of college students tend to pursue the rich material wealth.In the seven dimensions of career success,the dimensions of the work area of college students are the highest,the second dimension is the stable dimension of the work,the third is the salary income,the lowest score is the internal development and physical and mental health,the seven dimensions are very different.As a result,college students are more popular in the utilitarian view of bipolar differentiation in career success.Second,the gender of college students,educational background,the school level view is different degrees of career success.Different levels of school work parts of the concept of career success and salary income of degree of influence on the two dimensions.The concept of career success is almost unaffected by professionalism.The concept of college students' career success is influenced by personality traits is very small.The seven dimension has different influence on the contemporary college students' career success.The working area is the primary factor that causes the difference of College Students' career success.The dimension of job stability plays an important role in the difference of career success.There is less power and promotion effect of dimensions and health.The dimension of internal development has little effect on the generation of career success.Finally,in the survey of college students' ideal type of profession in China,found that the number of government agencies select the most,followed by the foreign enterprise type,then the education institutions and scientific research units,and at last the self-employed and private enterprises.High stable group of college students tend to choose government agencies and foreign companies.Working area high group of college students choose the coastal economic development zone and home is located.High internal development group of college students chose scientific research units and education institutions.The concept of career success seven dimensions has a significant influence on college students' ideal type of profession.Dimension of work area is the primary factor affecting college students' choosing a type,stable work is the second factor,salary income obvious influence on college students' ideal unit type.Internal development and health of body and mind has no effect on choosing type almost.The concept of college students' career success guide rational choice has significant guidance to college students.From schools,enterprises,individual,family,four aspects put forward the corresponding intervention strategies.
