| Improving the efficiency of scientific research and promoting technological innovation is an important prerequisite for the connotative development of higher education.The change of knowledge production mode makes the frequency of scientific research cooperation between university teachers increase significantly.However,scientific research cooperation is still hindered by many obstacles,especially the quality of scientific research cooperation has not been improved in the same proportion.As the main body of innovation in Colleges and universities,scientific research cooperation among teachers is related to the development of disciplines,the growth of teachers and social progress.Promoting scientific research cooperation among teachers is of great theoretical and practical significance in promoting the construction of world-class universities.Based on the social interaction theory,information asymmetry theory and incentive theory,through literature analysis,qualitative analysis and case analysis,this paper clarifies the current situation,difficulties and causes of scientific research cooperation,and probes into the strategies to improve the effectiveness of scientific research cooperation.First of all,teachers’ scientific research cooperation has the basic characteristics of diversified participants,diversified forms of cooperation,knowledge and information mobility,and division of cooperation tasks.It is caused by solving scientific research problems,knowledge exchange and sharing,broadening academic social capital,reducing the cost of cooperation and communication,and driven by cooperation income,which is manifested in cooperative writing,project cooperation and academic exchange.Secondly,the individual dilemma of scientific research cooperation is manifested in the obstacles of teachers’ discipline differences,research interest differences,partner selection,professional title differences,and the organizational dilemma is manifested in the adverse effects of organizational structure,operation management,organizational culture differences.At the same time,the opportunism in scientific research cooperation is embodied in the publication of papers and monographs under the name of each other,the declaration and conclusion of scientific research projects under the name of each other,the falsification of data,information and fund use,and the falsification of honor by imposing many contributions on specific scholars,The harm of opportunism in scientific research cooperation is discussed.Again,from the perspective of individualism,the uneven quality of partners,the distribution of benefits and achievements,the imperfect contract governance mechanism,the lack of scientific research cooperation platform,the imperfect evaluation index of scientific research cooperation,the high cost of interdisciplinary and regional cooperation,as well as the influence of social environment and the defects of system and policy,This paper examines the reasons for the formation of teachers’ scientific research cooperation.Finally,to get rid of the dilemma of teachers’ scientific research cooperation,teachers should abandon individualism,select excellent university teachers and distribute scientific research income reasonably;For the organization,it should improve the contract governance mechanism,build the scientific research cooperation platform,innovate the cooperation evaluation mechanism,and accurately calculate the cooperation cost;For the country,we should create a good social environment and improve the policy of scientific research cooperation. |
