In the current highly competitive market and the global economy environment, knowledge has been not only extremely important economic resources, but also the leading source of competitive advantage. As an important part of knowledge management, knowledge sharing also has caused widely attention. Knowledge sharing has irreplaceable position in knowledge management, it is necessarily premise and foundation to realize knowledge management, and it is also a difficult facet, especially tacit knowledge sharing has restricted by many factors. Therefore it cannot be easily realized, it must be achieved by means of certain incentive strategy and methods.On the basic of related theory of knowledge sharing analysis, the paper construct evaluation index system about influencing factors related to knowledge sharing of university scientific research team. Based on the weights analysis of main factors of knowledge sharing behavior, we find that in all of elements that effected knowledge sharing of university scientific research team, incentive factor is the mainly and the most important factor. In addition, the two index variable, the team knowledge sharing culture and team organizational hierarchical structure can also produce important influence. Organizational environment is the necessarily guarantee related to the realization of incentive behavior, therefore it is especially important to study incentive factors related to knowledge sharing of university research team.There are several designing principles about incentive model of knowledge sharing of university scientific research team, people-oriented principle, systematic and targeted principle and operational principles etc. The comprehensive incentive model mainly included internal and external incentive mechanism, construction of team knowledge sharing culture as well as the reasonable organizational hierarchical as its core content. Through this model going effective and continuous, it will greatly improve the effect of knowledge sharing of university scientific research team and make research activities going smoothly.In order to make the involved the comprehensive incentive model can be more perfect, smoothly operated. It must be done from several aspects as follows, to establish a diversified knowledge sharing compensation system, building and using knowledge communities effectively, strengthening the effectiveness of incentive behavior about task-based knowledge sharing and improving the management of knowledge base related to university scientific research team. The purpose is to make the process of knowledge sharing in university scientific research team going effectively and continuously under the function of comprehensive incentive model. So as to improve its innovative ability and the core competence and consequently make greatly achievements. |
