The21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy。Innovation is the source ofpower for the knowledge economy. Knowledge and highly qualified personnel is the mostimportant resources to support knowledge-based economy a good run。as the main force oftechnological innovation, More and more people attach to importance to the universityresearch team’s ability to innovate as a measure of the key factors of a country’s level oftechnological development. The level of knowledge sharing within the university researchteam members affect the research team to play a team effectiveness, and improve the level ofteam innovation.In this paper, combined with the results of previous studies,firstly,studied with thetheory of motivation theory and knowledge sharing and proposed five main motivationalfactors that affect the university research team knowledge sharing. Secondly,uesd SEM toanalysis the conceptual model and prove the hypothesis.This paper consists of five parts. The first part describes background,purposes,significance and the status of the university research team knowledge sharing,then proposedthe writing ideas, methods, and intended to innovation. The second part to review motivation,theory of knowledge sharing and university research team knowledge sharing. The third partAnalysis of influencing factors on the university research team knowledge sharing andpropose five main motive of influencing factors then build the conceptual model andpropose the hypothesis. The fourth part implementation of the questionnaire then analysis ofthe conceptual model and data to test the hypotheses by using SPSS and AMOS. The fifth partcombined with the research findings to promote university research team knowledge sharingmeasures.
