A Research On Satisfation Of Preschool Education Public Service

Education is an important livelihood projects,with the increasing demand for preschool education public service,the difficulty to access kindergarten and the high tuition are the common problem in various regions.To guarantee every aged children accept the basic and quality preschool education public service is the responsibility for government and whole society.In the process of developing preschool education career,education managers, sponsors of kindergarten,teachers,parents and children have the right to evaluate the service.The precondition to improve the quality of local preschool education are investigating the current situation of preschool education service, parents satisfaction to preschool education public service, the distinctions among different parents satisfaction to preschool education public service,and teachers satisfaction to their job.The study chose nine kindergartens in W town in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. We selected 763 parents and 130 preschool teachers do the survey of satisfaction to preschool education public service.Using SPSS21.0 and Excel software analysis the data.The results are as follows:Parents satisfaction with supply situation of preschool education service is in a low level;Parents are dissatisfied with the kindergartens’environment and facilities;A serious lack of publicity about preschool education;There are a lot of teachers leave their posts because dissatisfied with the job.Combined with survey results and statistic results,if we want to improve the quality of local preschool education and meet people’s demand the governor of kindergarten and all sectors of society should try their best to extended the right to choose of families, promote the work of cooperative education of kindergarten and home;Increase the intensity of local environmental regulation and improve the environment arou nd kindergarten;Expand the coverage of high quality preschool education resources;Guarantee the publicity of preschool education and increase the support to the hamlet kindergartens; Increase investment in human resources,strengthen the teaching staff,improve teachers’ working c onditions and environment, to achieve equal pay.
